Received a texed message from this number. Stating they are a National Attorney Service Regarding a sensitive matter and to call 1-855-525-1300 ext 283.  If you are a real compnay why are you texting and not sending real snail mail letter as to Who you are. if you are an attorney then you would have a real file from a creditor with all the contact information

I just received the same message after applying for a payday loan. Seems like a scam. I will no loner ever use my social sec number as this is the crap u have to deal with

Received a an erronous text message from this number 951-729-0780 stating they were "NATIONAL ATTORNEY SERVICE" and to call them back at 855-525-1300 at extension #329 as this was regarding a very sensitive matter. If they are really an attoeny service, why on earth would they text someone rather than leave a message or the more appropriate mtheod...use the mail to send information? This is a new one for me. In any event, it appears to be the typical collection agency with new scare tactics. Never disclose any information without any proof in writing. Scams are now very common place. Hope this information helps someone out there.

RECVD a text message from 562 346 8176 - My last, first and middle initial were in big block letters, followed by: "It is URGENT for you to call National Attorney Service regarding a very sensitive matter.  1-855-525-1300 EXT 233 Case #xxxxxxx."

Called the number and a recorded voice said call cannot be completed at this time.  Called right back and got a female who answered "National Attorney Service", I gave her the case NO and she told me to hold and the line went dead.  

THANK GOD FOR GOOGLE!  Everytime I get a call like this from a number I don't recognize or that just doesn't plain feel right, I always GOOGLE it to find out if it's legit!!

So I got the same text message from this place.  My only concern is that I did do a couple Payday loans and the check number they provided me does seem accurate however I am very skeptical to give them my bank information because I do not trust this place.  Everywhere I have googled says that this is just another collection agency, but they say if I dont set something up before 12 today that the place I got the loan from will take me to court and I will owe them thousands of dollars!  Please someone tell me what I should do with this?

i received a text message stating to call a number it was urgent ... When i in fact contacted said number a series of misrepresentations were givin to me on the phone ... first and foremost  it is against the law for a non attorney to in fact claim they are an attorney. The individual on the phone Jack Mayers falsely  stated he was a attorney. ( the California bar web site has a web link in which you can find out if this is a true lawyer or not ) Contact the California bar association 1-800-843-9053. This activity is illegal and they know it. Its nothing more but a scare tactic. Small claims cases have to be dealt with in the state they originate and by an attorney in that state. The reason they employ these tactics is they think by scaring you into thinking you will pay thousands for a few hundred will push you into paying ... Don't be fooled file the complaint with the California bar and get this company misrepresenting themselves shut down and out of business before they con an unfortunate victim.

People are,but someone needs to get unvolve abd stop
these ignorant people. I always google these outlaw num-
bers and find out they are scams. No genuine lawyer will
send you a text message,they will send a letter in the mail.

I've been receiving text messages as the well from that 855 #. They have left voicemails too.
I also received a call from them but it was from a a 323 #. The person that they ask for is not me but yet when I answered the 323# I clearly told them I wasn't that person and I asked not them not to call me anymore they gave me ATTITUDE!
Today I received another text! Its really getting me mad! They just don't stop!

Received the same text and phone call, both in Spanish, asking for somebody I don't know. It is a collection agency called NAS (National Attorney Service). Very unprofessional, and clearly not real attorneys. Just amateur bill collectors trying to collect payday loans and the like. Do NOT call them back.

Same here, i got a text message from this # and call them and supposely they are an attorney representing a company.  Sounds like a scam to me. An attorney texting. LOL

Repeated calls from this number.  No message.

They call and never leave a message.
