I received a phone call on my cell phone today from this number. I VERY foreign sounding woman called me by name and insisted that her company, Dial something -something, had been notified by my Internet provider that I had a Trojan virus on my computer. ONLY PROBLEM: my Internet provider is connected to my LAND LINE at my house, and I have NEVER given my Internet provider my cell phone number!!!! This was TOTALLY BOGUS and, I believe, illegal!!! I hung up on her.

I just received a call from that number but didn't pick it up so I can't verify the complaint but I spent a fair amount of time with a dial in tech from a foreign country looking for and cleaning out viruses from my laptop.  Maybe just a coincidence.

BOGUS - states I have a virus on my computer

Received a phone call telling me my email was being invaded by foreign hackers and trying to steal information.Said she was not trying to sell me any thing She did say she was a Microsft Company.

Made very leary.
