Got a call to from this number. Said his name is brad thompson and that he has a summons for me for a bad check.This is a scam. Called me from a different number 2 weeks ago 888-304-7342

Total scam just received a call from private number she left this num 855-527-4498 threatning arrest saying I defruaded a financial instatution what a load of bs tryin to get people to give out credit and debit card numbers

I received the same call from both a Brad Thompson and a female stating that I defrauded an institution and owe $3900. They threatened to take me to court and warned me of a summons if I don't pay. They offered to settle for $500 if I made a payment of at least $100 today. I am disabled and have not ever defrauded a financial institution but I do have an old account on my credit that I have already arranged to repay. Not realizing that these people were not representing the forementioned account, I asked them to send me proof of any payment arrangements before receiving any payments from me. When they couldn't provide me with said written arrangement, I decided to do some research and found this site. I am really glad I did though because I see that it is a scam.

I previously posted I now got another call from a lady calling herself miss may this time. I answered and she goes im calling from your local police debt processing center you currently havr a charge against your name and ssn# of milicious entent to defraud a financial institution and if I didn't comply with a payment today she would issue a sumons and a warrent for my arrest. I Told her I would need proof through certifed mail before I make any type of payment (just messing with her as I knew from the first call this was a scam). she says she doesnt have to prove anything because she's the law  I proceeded to say by law im entilted to proof of a debt mailed by certifed mail in my state she goes your state law doesn't concern me im above local state law but yet at the beginning she claims to be calling from from my local  police processing center lol and theirs no such thing as a police debt processing center!. I then told her I know this is ascam and that I would be reporting her to the atthoritys she then says F**k you and hung up. I have reported this number via online to the ftc and fbi I also recorded this conversation via record my call android app . I knew this was a scam from the beginning because i've delt with multiple phone scammers in the recent past. Nobody fall for this shady [***]! These people are nothing but scumbags!

Received a call at work saying he was a Cory Grany trying to serve me a warrant for an in paied payday loan and fraud.  Said he was giving me the option to meet him at work or a location of my choice. But could call to plantersto see if we could work something out.  We're American accidents office background sounds,  phone number 855-527-4498. For Luchy and Associated law and collections firm .   Had all my info said was a lone over a year ago and had gone through 3 collection company's prior to them.  I have payday loan but could not ever think of defaulting on one during a time in which my husband was in employed so I payed a $50 payment and set up 450 on my payday... I was scared and embarrassed thinking maybe my husband took it out but we never defaulted on a lone.  They even sent a recipt by email for the $50 payment. Decided to check it out by phone number and I found y'all... So this is 100% fake?  Can I stop them from withdrawing at the end of month?   They sounded so real but I just knew I didn't have an overdue lone

Karen yes you can stop them from withdrawing money again call your bank right away. Tell them what has happened and that these people are scammers. Depending on the bank you may beable to even get the 50 you already paid back. Yes this people are fake and fraudsters. They get your information various ways they steal it by hacking online systems such as payday loan sites they also get peoples information buy purchasing it from dishonest companys and theirs many other ways they get peoples info. Just make sure you call your bank right away the can and will stop payments to these scammers. This is a very sophistcated scam operation. Never make a payment to anyone without proof of the debt being owed in the usa by law debt collectors have to send proof of a debt being owed via certified maill. In my experience with these people they were unable to come up worth proff as I don't owe a debt nor tried to defruad a financial initiation. But again call your bank right away! I hope this info helps you out and again yes the are 100% fake nothing but scamming scumbags.

Relentless calls dont answer

Just called the number back and it was a company trying to sell me windows for my home.

Received a call from this number trying to give me a windows estimate and then when I hung up he called again from an entirely different number

This phone number is Millennium Home Design, an Energy Efficient Home Improvement and Sales Company since 2015 we have had this number, we do solicited calls only, we are not telemarketers and certainly not scammers our direct sales number is 1-800-NEW-ROOF / 1-800-639-7663

Millennium Home Design. They have called me over ten times in the past week from several different phone numbers. I have no idea how they got my number.  Driving me nuts.
