Left threatening message about illegal activity.

constantly calling with threatening messages about illegal activity that i have no idea what she is talking about, she says her name is Ms Banks and doesnt say a name of the company.

They are Harassing me by calling over and over leaving intimidating messaging, which does not scare me I want it to stop now. I have took notes and they are very unprofessional. I even looked their so called company name up, its not there no company by that name. The guy David Horton got fustrated with me because I knew what I was doing and took notes and he hung up the phone. I want this to stop there's no need for this.

Got a call at my work from a process server that said I was going to have a warrant out for my arrest if I didn't Pay.  they say it is a debt i incurred a year ago.  I paid it because i Do not want to loose my job and such.

They called me this morning. Said it was a private locater. I hung up phone. They sent someone to my job while i wasnt there. Are these people legit?

received call right before i was served in miami dade county. sais they were investigators on pending cases. A David Hernandes came to my job and served me. I have court on the 17th of December. plaintiff is providence.

paper shows server was Herbert perry, not david hernandes. sorry. davd called me.

NO....and I seriously doubt that you are either.  Legitimate collections agencys don't conduct themselves and business in the illegal manner that is being done here.  Scammers will use threats,  fear,  or anything else to worry people into doing something  quickly and without thinking or checking it out.  Follow the Laws of the FDCPA.  If your business were operating legally and with just cause,  there would be no need for you to make threats against the people you are trying to take money from.
