A person calls, says he is a process server and for me to remain at my place of work from 2-4 (can hear a dog barking in the background) so that he can delivered a sealed envelope. If I want to know what this is about, call 855-527-5730.  Called the number, the person sounded exactly the same as the person leaving the message, Matthew Rogers.  He says, Hi how may I help you.  He has also called all my family members and left the same message with them.  I believe this is some kind of scam.  Process servers usually do not announce that they are coming to your house or place of work.  They just come.

Got a call at work. said there was a loan taken out under my name and social security number and i was going to be served with papers on Friday by 3:00 p.m. has to be a scam, I know nothing about a loan. This is not the first time I have gotten calls like this, they never show up with papers. we will see what will happen tommorow at 3:00

Had a voice mail from Matthew Rodgers. Was looking for my ex husband. Said he had sealed papers he needed to deliver to my ex. Left the number 855-527-5730 to call the company requesting his services. He had an old place of employeement and his home address. I can the 855-527-5730 advising we are divorced, i wanted no part of any issues for him. Remove my phone #, this is not a good contact for someone I divorced almost 10 years ago!

Same as above...guy calls saying he is a process server (which is a felony in FL to portray yourself as a process server, and you are not). He sounds really feminine and says name is Matthew Rogers. Says he has sealed papers and will come by my work (Good luck, am unemployed like most of Florida now) first, then come by my home to "serve" them. He then leaves the number so that I can see what this is all about. Typical. So the number is: 855-527-5730.
I called it right away, getting a voicemail. It is the same female-ish Matthew Rogers...you can tell right away! So I just left a message telling them to not waste time, and come right to my home since I was not working. I also asked hhim to bring a pizza by on his way.
Not hearing back, I called again and a "John" answered. I called him Matthew and he pitched a fit. Whatever. Needless to say nothing was ever served. So I called back and left a message asking about my "paperwork", and of course, my pizza.
They read these posts, you know. lol.
