This is a collections Scam.  I was in the debt collection business for years.   These dummies tried calling me with the same old scam.  They will use words such as..."civil matter, court case, plaintiff, lawyer"  Blah Blah Blah. Keep in mind that this is a scam and all highly illegal. Save the voice messages they send you, record the conversations and get in touch with a local attorney.  Many attorneys will take on the cases for free due to the winning %.  Just make sure you record as much as possible, Even at the beginning you can state that you are recording them.....watch there tone change.  Good luck.
