Received voicemail that was 40 seconds long and just an odd ticking sound.

incoming call at work no voicemail left.

Call came in around noon PST. No VM.

They called on Friday and again today Monday. I answered the phone and it was silent for 30 seconds and then they hung up.

Asked for a Mister (my last name). Obviously someone who doesn't know me, so I said there was no Mister here and she said she'd note it and hung up.  Scam or sales call.

The caller is Cox. Trying to sell their services.

Called under the guise of a being a cox cable company rep. Asked for me by name. Occasional sound of heavy breathing. Talked so fast I couldn't understand her, so when there was a break in her spiel I said that I was sorry but I couldn't hear her very well. She apologized and apparently made some sort of adjustment, which made the breathing-on-the-mic sound much louder, then asked me if I could hear her now, but as soon as I started to speak, the call hung up.
The overall sound quality and delivery was completely unprofessional and like no other phone call I've ever had from cox. Also sounded like maybe she was chewing gum. lol I suspect it must have been some sort of fake/scam, but the call cut off before it got far enough for me to be able to know anything for sure.

I contacted Cox about this number, they checked to see if the number belonged to any department, it does NOT. The representative recommended blocking this number.

Caller hung up within seconds of answering.

Called from this number to my cell phone.
I don’t answer unknown callers.
No message left.
Number blocked based on information already posted here.

They get you to say yes over the phone and use it as a voice signature for various things. (Like online subscriptions and pay-by-phone products)

Called me 6 times in 3 minutes. Tmobile flagged it as scam likely, glad this could confirm this.

Answered phone, said Hello, all i could hear was breathing.
