3. Enter The Landsky and Associates

Got a phone call from them, they said that i have a law suit with bank of America.  And tell me to call back to the number 1-865-533-0964 for the case number.

Whoever these people are need to be stopped. They are calling my son and also me...harassing me and my son....

I received a call from an 'unknown' number. The message was from Tiffany Smith saying I needed to call 855-533-0964 to resolve a complaint to their office. She did not give the name of the office. I called the number and they said I owed a bank money and was going to have to do community service or I could pay $1,500 and my credit would look really good.

This is a SCAM to extort money from you.  Written notification MAILED to you is the only official proof of the "debt".  Faxes. phone calls & emails are nothing.

Refused to name the company???  Major red flag!!

Thanks MJG... I was thinking this also ... Some things sounded legit... Very easy to get sucked into... Please everyone ignore this number!!!
