Caller ID shows NFG. Automated mans voice says if you want to talk to the court or a Paralegal..that is when I hung up and blocked the number. This was a Saturday at 4:45 pm. What court is open on a Saturday?

This person who's so called name Mike Kelly saying he an attorney from east coast financial  trying to collect a 20year old small credit card debt. This person was a complete punk [***] [***]. Talking like he,s some sort of wise Ass. I hope I can find out where this punk is calling from.

Caller left message stating he needed a call back by 3 PM or there would be legal action taken

Received 2 messages from a Heidi Jacobson on behalf of attorney Michael Kelly. Found out it was in regards to a credit card debt that was paid off in 2012. Showed full original debt amount plus nearly triple "fees" and they threatened legal action

What "showed full original debt..."? Did they send you a debt validation? If so, what is the business name and address on the letter? If not, please note that phone call are not a legal method of debt validation.

What "showed"?  Did they send you a letter?  Did it contain the right to dispute the debt?  Were "triple fees" allowed in your original contract?

A woman called saying that she was calling from the law office of Mike Kelly. She said would not give me any information because I said I was not me. She told me the best time to call back was between the hours of 2-4.  Why only 2-4?  WEIRD!  Not calling back!

Attorney Kelly try6ing to collect unknown debt

Just got a call from Attorney Mike Kelly office saying I owe on a past due bill.  Is now up to $6000.00.  Anyone else had this problem.  Said they would settle for $2800.00.  They said it was from 2003?????

Tell them to mail you proof of this alleged debt, along with proof they're legally entitled to collect it. If they refuse - for any reason - you know it's a scam.

They called again today and first she said it was the office of Mike Kelly and then said it was East Coast Financial.  My attorney told me to asked for Mike Kelly's Bar License # to see if he is registered attorney, the address of the company and Federal ID # to see if they are in fact registered with State Corporation Commission and  docket #. Said they were taken over Daniel Gladstone accounts who has been disbarred for fraud.  The girl hung up on me.

I got a call from a Kevin Flynn from Attorney Michael Kelly’s office on 9/21/2020 from a 855-540-0250 number claiming i Have a pending case against me from 2007 and their client has told them to move forward with that and return this call immediately and reference my social when i call back and i need to call back by 1pm or action will be taken. Then another call from a Jackie 3 more times from 617-393-5981 number. I asked for the bar # license # docket # address to the company and full name of the company, i also told her she was being recorded, she yelled some [***] and hung up. Be very very careful everyone. DON’T BELIEVE THE [***] SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called me and were VERY abusive, rude. Used terrible language and threatened me....

Business name East Coast Financial 8 Randolph drive tewksbury mass. 8 Randolph is residential and the company name is a home loan company out of mass but not Randolph. They sent me an email

They pretty much said the same thing to me. They are a fake company , fake address, fake phone numbers and I've been calling them back and harassing them. I suggest you guys start doing the same . # 617-393-5980 the other phone number is 855-540-0250.

ALSO receiving calls from these scammers. It is connected with a man identifying himself as a Tom Gilchrist from Mike Kellys office who calls from 617-393-5984 --> he harasses you. I called back and then was inundated with harassing calls and text messages where they just send copies of publicly available court documents to scare you. And then they get Jackie to call you from this 855 number. I also asked for paperwork to be sent and identifying BBO #  for the attorneys involved and she yelled at me for "making it impossible for her to do her job". Also, Ex Atty Gladstone was disbarred in 2005 for doing exactly this to Sears!

super abusive. called over and over and over in the span of 5-7mins.  i was in a meeting.  why not send something of proof in the mail. called from the same number then called back and it read “hedi jacobson”.  i told her i couldn’t speak right now and to stop calling as this is harassment.
