They've started calling people I haven't spoke to in years.  How are they getting this information?

How did you handle his?  This lady calling me and family and friends all the time

This jerk called to say I was being sued by some company for unpaid debt from some loan place who had deposited $1150 into my bank account. When I asked for the date of the transaction, the name of the bank & the account number he got al threatening saying he had provided enough information & was going to terminate the call because of my hostility. I called my bank & there was no such deposit. Freaking IDIOTS!!! I am not one to mess with when it comes to debt.

These idiots  started harrassing my daughter, then started calling her work, her sisters and now her parents  claiming to have papers that needed to be served.  When called, they want to "save" you money and pay them directly.  Told them to serve the papers, we would take our chances in court.

I received a call last yr from this number sad to say they got i paid for a bill i thought i owed. They are calling me again a year later , stating they are gonna take me to court and have me arrested. They even called my mother in law landlord looking for me.  How can they do this. I know for a fact a debt collector cant threaten you with arrest or any rude and angry statements.

These people gave me a call and said I am faceing fraud charges that I owed cash yes I did take out a loan with them 3 or4 years ago for maybe 500 dollars they told me I now owe 930 dollars and was told I could break the payments up in 2 465 dollars which I payed them like a jerk on november 20th 2013 and I wont be served with a court summons my next payment was set up fo december 13 2013 and I told them I cant pay them because my daughters best friend and now my ex friend borrowed huge sums of money since hurricane sandy since she found out that I was takeing care of my mothers finances who has dementia im paying an aid through an agency 510 dollars right now im scrapeing up change to pay her because my friend was supposed to get social security and ssi to pay me back since september now she tells me january 15th she owes me every bit of 70,000 dollars now im left for christmas without a dime and today I had a million callsfrom this company december 20 even as I was writing this threatening me that they will come over to the house Im 63 years old female and If I get a heart attack over this they will pay any way their not getting another dime from me not now or never I have to worry about my 90 year old mother right now these people must be stopped I will help In any way each time they call Its a different person the last call they said this Is the plaintiff

I have received several call from this number over past couple of years threatening to serve papers which I haven't been served with thus far. They have also called my job with different names even becoming rude with my co-workers, but today I got a call from a blocked number on my cell from man stating his name was Paul Lewis and I had two counts of fraud, when I began to question him regarding calling from block number what was this involving and could I have a number he gave me CRH company which if googled it mentions nothing involving this type of company. When I informed him that he was one of those individuals calling people harassing them threatening charges in hope of getting money and he would be reported as a scammer he hung up the phone. What I want to know is are there any solutions to this problem with the harassing phone calls anyone to report it to.

Got the call today and so did my coworker.  They keep calling and saying "I have been server"  They  most have nothing to do.  I have infom my credit report and put in a fraud alert on my account.  They are really trying to get money from someone and that will not be me.  Spot waisting your time and get a real job.
