a Michael Davis called from this number saying he was with prime associates and that he was an attorney and that i owed a bank some money. i have no loans so thinking its a scam

Why did you mark the call as valid when you stated you thought it was a scam? If you don't have any loans, and haven't heard from the bank in question directly, it's a scam.

Complete scam. Says they are an arbitration company. When I ask questions or for them to give me more information about the company, they hang up on me.

Calls my mother, not even me. States hes lawyer and "rambled" on about trying to reach me for some sort of loan or something. Complete BS.

Received a call from a 573-415-8377.  The man on the phone was named Michael Davis, from Prime Associates asking for somebody who I don't even know who it is. Saying that they had a case. Regarding a business that this person supposedly opened. A total scam,  you would never be notified of any Court proceedings by phone. You would think these idiots would understand that by now. The call back number that they gave was 855 545-8248.

I had an acct  with ace cash express  that i forgot about that wa being prepared for suite in my county it was a scam !!! I was glad someone made me aware of it. Everything isn't a scam if you people don't want to pay your bill let's not scam call what it is !!!!

Guy called asking for my husband. told me there was complaints about a business we used to own. COMPLETE SCAM!!

Called my mother, not me, saying something about a landscaping business. I don't have a landscaping business, nor have I hired one. Called my mom again, she accidentally called and said I took out a loan of some sort in 2016. Mom could barely understand them. I don't know what they are talking about. They call my mom, not me, almost daily. Her name is Barb.

Called twice just after 8:30 PM. Says it’s LLC trying to collect a debt but I don’t have anything that I owe. I did not bother calling them back

Criminal outfit out of Buffalo, New York.  That's where all the criminal enterprises that pretend to be debt collectors are stationed which is why it is the World's #1 Capital.  I'll try to work something up in the next couple of days.

Left a message about debt collection. I have no loans and very little credit card debt that I pay off each month. 100% scam

Received a text from Jeffrey Stanford to "settle my Plain Green LLC account for $2795. Plain Green LLC is a tribal loan company associated with the Chippewa Cree Native American tribe, according to google search. I have no such loan and the text came in on my smartphone, which I haven't owned long enough to give out the number to anyone. So, I know with certainty that this is a scam. I won't call them back and I will block their number. The loan company is one of those high interest predatory loan companies; one that I would NEVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, do business with!

Constantly calls and leaves a voicemail that I need to call back immediately about a processing dept final recommendation. I haven’t been getting any loans, or whatever they want. I’ll be blocking this number now that I’ve read all the comments.

These idiots called my place of employment (they haven't called my phone or sent any correspondence).  I have notified the powers that be at work and also the FCC.

Calls about 3 times a day. Says they are a debt collector. They leave a message.  Don't have any loans.  They sometimes clone a number that looks like it's local, then gives me the 855-545-8248 number to call back. I never do. I have no loans. but one, a car loan with my local bank.

I have received phone calls from this number   The person leaves a name, reference number and a threat to proceed with filing (I don’t know what they are filing) They say they are attempting to get in touch with a family member. They have said where the person works, which was not accurate, stated they had mailed letters to them, which they have not received. I want them to stop calling me.
