Received a restricted call at 12;44 EST today, did not answer, and the voice mail I was left said;
"This is Rachael Green and we have scheduled to deliver your documents at 3 pm today.  If you need to reschedule please call 855-546-9040.  We look forward to meeting you."
I have been receiving similar calls for years that state a claim has been filed against my name and social, or our guy will be at your home or place of business today between 2 and 4.  None of these phonies ever have any more information than the basics like my name, they make up fake debts, bills, loans, whatever they think will get them money.  I am sure that this is another scam probably from the same group or off shoot as before.  I have never received a legitimate call from a restricted number that asks me to call back an 855 number.  I was a little surprised that this number was not in 800 notes yet though.  Maybe it's a new scam.

I also received a call from unknown number. Message said it was Marsha Brown of Niagara portfolio solutions of Martin County. I can't find this company in Martin County or anywhere when I googled it. I called the 855 number to inform them to never contact me again but I got a recording and the male voice sounded a lot like the message I've received in the past from SDS courier services to serve me papers. I'm so tired of these people.

I Also recieved a phone call from these people. they called my parents house. i never give out that number. the guy put me on hold 5 times said i took out some loan through an ever green company. i have given my lawyer a ton of information. they were not on it. every time i said to them let me give you my lawyers information. he said he couldn't take it and told me to hold for his supervisor. i slammed the phone in his ear.

I got a call today Dec 5 at 11:49 guy said his name Jerry Westin he called from a 267-296-4034 said had papers to give me he will be at my home 12-3pm. FAKE all the way they have been calling me for a long time don't give them no info on you FAKE . He left his call back number 855-546-9040.

Received a call from these people, it is a scam! Please people do not give them any information or pay them anything! My cousin is a lawyer and I had her call them back for me, they would not giver her any information, would not fax or email her anything. They call from all different numbers and unknown numbers and try to say they are from the county you live in, they have thratened to come to my home and work.............never saw them, never recieved anything! I have received several calls with the same messages from a Lynda Wyatt Now they've got "americans" calling and not those of middle eastern or from India. They said they made attempt at my home on Friday the 5th and no one showed up according ot my parents who were home all day. and now today, Monday 12/8 said they will come to my place of employment. Yeah right... After reading everyone elses comments, they are all the same. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

I got a text today that said " Please contact 1-855-546-9040 regarding a debt you owe. If not resolved, legal actions will be taken." That's a copy of the tex.ben getting calls and text for like a month now. SO ANNOYING!!!!

NIAGARA PORTFOLIO SOLUTIONS WILL CALL FROM SEVERAL DIFFERENT NUMBERS. THE FOLLOWING NUMBERS THEY HAVE CALLED ME FROM INCLUDE 702-359-9686,415-325-0255 AND ALSO A 213 AREA CODE NUMBER. THE MESSAGE LEFT ON MY PHONE IS TO CALL 855-546-904. WHEN I CALLED AND TRIED TO GET INFO THEY HUNG UP ON ME.....WHEN I ASKED FOR NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE COMPANY THEY HUNG UP ON ME. THE MESSAGE I RECEIVED IS FROM JERRY WEST AND STATED I WOULD BE GETTING DOCUMENTS DELIVERED FROM A COURIER SERVICE. IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE SERVED ANYTHING THEY DO NOT WARN YOU THEY JUST SHOW UP. THIS COMPANY AND WHATEVER DOCUMENTS THEY ARE REFERRING TO IS A SCAM. BEWARE AND REPORT THEM LIKE I DID.

I also received similar phone calls from these people at work and home. The name was Danielle Shields with Niagra Portfolio Solutions and I was told to call 855-546-9043 which is a slight variation of the the other numbers listed.  Funny thing is they called from a local area number 864-412-0820.  She said I was being contacted as a "person of interest".  Isn't that reserved for murder suspects???!!!  They were really quite rude and nasty.  They called me at 5:40 pm, but then when I called about 20 minutes later, it took them 15 minutes to "retrieve" my paperwork from the "lawyer".  They also said I took out some loan through an Evergreen company.   When I told them to take me to court with their evidence, they got really nasty and hung up.  I'm reporting them to my Sheriff's office and anywhere else I can.  They don't understand when to stop.

I've received multiple calls from these jerks..you can block the numbers they call from but they will also call from "restricted or unknown" numbers too..I picked up and told them I'd be home all day with my uncle who is an FBI agent and they are welcome to come serve me papers. They hung up on me!

I got the same message from a danielle shields but she wasn't from the company your stating she said she was from a Tiger portfolio solutions.  And called with a 508 area code. I don't know how they got my number because I just got it and had not giving it out to anyone

I have been contacted by niagra portfolio same exact message as yours. When you calback number thry don't answer with businees name they say hello. The debt they say i owe was in a discharged bankruptcy over 2 years ago.

They even called from a local number, the only form of payment thry would accept id debit or credit card.. They'll never get my info.

They are located in Albany County in New York State (at least that's where their official agent is).  They always spoof the local numbers where the people they call live.  Total scam.  Been doing this for years.  Ignore them and block their calls.

They make up false names to confuse you.  They also call from false phone numbers to make you think they are located somewhere else. They are located in Albany New York (at least their official agent is) .  (See my entry)

Received the call first as private. She asked me to wait. I hung up the phone. She called back and spoke to my husband from a cell number. He asked for a name. It was given as Niagara Portfolio Solutions. What a mess

I JUST GOT A CALL FORM THESE PEOPLE ONE HR AGO { NIAGARA PORTFOLIO SOLUTIONS ] THEY SAID THAT MY PAPER WORK WOULD BE FINISHED BY THIS EVENING AN IF I DID NOT WANT TO BE SERVED BY COURIER WITH THESE LEGAL PAPER I NEED TO CONTACT THEM ASAP. IF I  DID NOT CONTACT THEM WITH  I WOULD BE SERVED WITH IN 24 HR AT MY HOME ADDRESS OR WORK PLACE. I WANTED TO SOLVE WHAT EVERY PROBLEM THAT I MIGHT HAVE WITH THESE PEOPLE BUT READING ALL OF THIS ABOUT THEM AN THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS I RATHER NOT TALK TO THEM. IF THEY ARE GOING TO SERVE ME WITH PAPER THEN DO SO. I WILL JUST GET COUNSEL.
