I received a message from this number too. Message ask to call back Sabine with Credit Fase (Phase?). I have not called back.

We have received harassing phone calls multiple times in succession after telling their company that we are not interested in their unsolicited offers. A man named Sergio has called used profanity and has called a female at our company a *female dog* because she has told this company numerous times that we are not interested in their services.

Time to get your company attorney involved with a cease and desist order and threat of lawsuit for harassment.

I received a call from this company and can verify that it is a legitimate business. The person I spoke with (Torpe Millet) took me to view my business credit report, and was very informative and knowledgeable in regards to corporate reports. I will say that although he did call me several times, which I can see was the case in the other post, I was very pleased to have spoken to him as I was getting scammed by Dun & Bradstreet. This is a legitimate company. If you are getting bothered or are suspicious about the caller, I can not defend any other employee there, but I can say that my credit adviser is accredited so call and ask to speak to him. I have switched my membership over to CreditSafe as a result of speaking to someone who actually cares about helping smaller businesses like mine.

Not the type of company I'd do business with (of course, I already tend to stay away from "let us show you your credit scores while we charge you out the rear" companies anyway), but yeah.   Googling this company shows a LOT of unhappy people that fell for some hardcore sales pushing. *shrug*

I also received a call from a telemarketer named Rick yesterday.  He was very rude.  When I told him that we weren't interested and I didn't have 2 minutes to go to a website, he asked me when there would be a better time to call me.  I told him I was interested again and he said "Okay.  I'll just call back tomorrow and speak with the President of the company".  I told him a third time and he said "Well I'll just call back and speak with him and tell him you wouldn't speak with me.  I'm sure he will be upset that you wouldn't speak with me".  I told him "Hardly".  If this is the way your company does business, you won't be in business long. Any employee who would speak to anyone in that manner, would be dismissed from our company.  It's a shame that you can't weed out the bad ones.

I received a few calls from this number.  I was very hesitant as I don't usually pick up the phone from a number I don't know.

I finally picked up the phone and spoke to one of their representatives and learned a lot about Creditsafe.  Their representative was very courteous and informative.  She showed me their reports and I was impressed.

I was with Dun and Bradstreet and using their credit reports for over 10 years.  After taking a look at their reports and services, I did switch to them and couldn't be happier.

After Dun and Bradstreet realized I canceled, I received many threatening emails and calls.  I've been a Credit Manager for some time.  Not only did Creditsafe save me A LOT of money off of my current contract but Creditsafe's domestic business credit reports are very accurate and I have been very happy with their customer service.  I just renewed for another year.  Thank you Creditsafe!

I've received NUMEROUS calls from this company. If I don't pick up, they don't leave a message. A couple of times I made the mistake of answering. Each time the caller was in a noisy boiler room. One time was the 1st day of month end. My busiest day of the month. When he asked me to go to their website I politely explained I didn't have the time that day. He became very rude telling me how could I run a business this way and that I didn't know what I was doing (after 30 years as a Credit Manager, current with a $56B portfolio).

Now today (again busiest day) I get an e-mail from them wanting me to connect with them on LinkedIn. Oh, I can hardly wait.  

The person who contacted me for the LinkedIn connection is Christine Cook aboce.

the person who was rude(Sergio) has since been promoted to a regional director according to linkedin?!?!?!.  So much for punishing him.  Google "Torpe Miller arrest" the other knowledgeable rep....another fine upstanding employee!

received junk email and a call within 48 hours asking if my business wanted to do a credit check on somebody.  Email was from Matthew (President) and call came from Sophia.

Left vmail making seem as if there's something wrong with the company's credit financials.  "We've been seeing a lot of credit reports on your company, please call me back as soon as possible."  etc..  Obviously, didn't call back.  I hate these telemarketers...

Call came in from 484-860-3700.  Asked to get a call back to 855-551-6903 ext 8410.  It isn't going to happen, though.  Pushy.  Not interested in these cold calls.  Our company has been in business for a long time and we have managed w/o them.  If they were truly legit, they would stop pestering us during a business day.  Not the type of people we would like to do business with.
