Called at 11 PM! Twice!

Called me at 11:00 pm

I answered the three times that they called. They never said anything just hung up. My boyfriend called it back and it said “press 1 to stop receiving calls from us”. He did that and they called again?

this number called me at 10:24pm, when i answered they just hung up

They called ma before and then after midnight, then again at 7:23AM. There is somebody on the other side that hangs up the phone. I am sure this is scam.
