Technically, I did not get a call from this number. Rather, I got a spam email that used this number as the number to call the unnamed company's billing department. The email says my "Norton 360 protection service for computer" has been updated and that my debit card has been charged $399.65. Then it says that If I would like to cancel, I have to call 855-561-0855 as soon as possible.

It's CLEARLY a scam, as my organization does not use Norton, and we don't use debit for anything.

I am getting emails saying I have updated my NORTON RENEWAL for my computer. I don't have Norton on my computer nor would I ever get such a piece of crap product...with massive backdoors built into it and invades every part of a persons computer..datamining your information. SO it gives this phone number (855)561-0855 as the contact number to go with the email.  TOTAL SCAMMING number.  The email came from

It also said that my bank account would be charged :  Value  $499$.66 USD

I just received an email saying my STEAM (online gaming) gift card is being auto-renewed. I haven't purchased a STEAM gift card, nor do I have any intention to.  They've gotten off the debt scam and on to this one. I did not call the number.
