This Company is harassing me about my home Mortgage and asking for personal information.

This JMA company mailed me documents saying that Bank of America was going to foreclose on my home because my mortage payments were past due. I have never been late on a payment, and have excellent credit with all my creditors. Nor, have I ever received a late statement from anyone. A few days a lady came to my home and introduced herself as a representative of JMA collection services. She brought documents and wanted my personal information in order to "save my home" by refinancing my mortgage. This is a scam! I made another appointment and asked her to return in two days. I then reported this to the Attornery General Office in my county, and our local police department. She will be arrested.

Yep, here too. Never been late but they keep calling, coming by leaving pink slips, and fed-exing us stuff saying we are going to be foreclosed. If they come here again I will call the police.

Same number left a FedEx package and slip of paper. It's a fraud scam. Report it to the FBI.

Called me multiple times on my cell and now coming in blocked on home phone. I knew it was a scam by the first call. I blocked my number today and called them back, I asked her what company this was and she stated afx or something along those lines, I asked her what the abbreviation stood for her response Nothing at all just the name, I laughed and told her I know it's a scam etc her response "then why you call back you a dumb a.."!

Apparently they need to speak to us in behalf of Bank of America. I told them to not call again. She said she would make a note of it and then has called here twice.

I got a call from this number.  I missed it and called them back.  Of course, they claim they are closed until Monday which makes no sense because they called me.

Anyway, they claimed in their automated service that they were calling, basically, in behalf of Bank of America which makes no sense because I pay my credit card bill on time always.  My next bill is coming due and I'm going to pay it next week.  I always pay at the end of the month.  So, why are they calling me?  Is it really a scam?  It must be since I only have two cards from them, a credit card I pay on time and a debit card.

Claimed they needed to talk to me about my Bank of America account. I do not have a Bank of America account/mortgage.

Call me no answer, nothing.

Called my wife's sister stating they were calling on behalf of BofA wanting personal contact info. We have our mortgage and checking accounts with BofA, so they know where to find us. Just updating that this number is still active pulling the same scam. Fortunately SIL didn't give out any information and took down the number.

Just had this happen to me too on a Sunday not on Bank of America letterhead and I’m just goes envelope with my name printed and it says confidential yeah I call [***]
