- Know Your Rights| 3 repliesName of the company is Radiant Cash. They are a tribal payday lender.
RadiantCash Loans are offered by Ishwaaswi, LLC dba RadiantCredit. Ishwaaswi, LLC is a Native American owned business created by and for the Lac Du Flambeau Band of Chippewa Indians, a Federally Chartered Sovereign American Indian tribe. RadiantCredit is operated on the Lac Du Flambeau reservation located in Wisconsin.
It's an important distinction because many businesses that claim tribal sovereignty do so in order to skirt state and federal laws that would otherwise prohibit their operations from operating in the US.
If you have a loan with this company, please note that the terms of the agreement are not in compliance with your state's laws. The loan is usurious in nature and you have every right to withdraw your ACH agreement, cancel any wage assignment and tell the company to pound sand. However, if you borrowed money you should consider repaying the principle amount of the loan. For example, you borrowed $500 - pay the $500 back. (Include the interest you paid in that amount) If you overpaid, get the company to write up a paid-in-full letter. Sometimes - SOMETIMES - you can get a refund for the overpayment.- Caller: Radiant Cash

- Anonymously replies to Know Your Rights| 2 repliesPreface: I don't represent any lenders, and I don't work in any related industry. However I have used Radiant Cash and other "bad credit" lenders before.
Before you go on about the law, why did you take out the loan if you knew the terms? You knew the terms of the loan, but you still took the loan out. You agreed to it. Now that you are facing financial hardships, you don't want to pay up and want to make excuses. This is not a question of "is it fair" or "is it legal". It's a question of right and wrong. The right thing to do is pay the loan back regardless of whether you think it is fair. Life isn't fair, but you still gotta pay off your debts that you borrowed.
These lenders let you borrow their money. This money doesn't come out of nowhere. So, the least you can do is pay off the principal, if you are not willing to pay the finance charge. - didnt even get a call| 1 replyi never received a call from this company. i never went on a site to ask for any kind of loan much less a payday loan. i saw today that 12/3/2015 radiant loan deposited $500 then a few days later took out $137.00. how did they get my info is what id like to know!? in the process of contacting the bank!

- Stephan replies to didnt even get a callThe same thing happened to me! I don't understand how this is possible.
- DrewThis is a scam there useing a spoof number . Scam they in a call center
- PattiI also received $500 deposited in to my checking account without ever applying for a loan with this company. When I try to call the numbers on the website, I'm getting a recorded message saying that three of the numbers are not correct. The transaction doesn't list a number, so I'm going to have to call my bank to get some information and refunded. Talk about a scam!!!!

- Being scammed!I've just had $500 deposited into my account for a loan I never took out. How is this possible?
- Karen| 1 replyUh oh - I also just received a message about my "application" which I NEVER submitted - this worries me!
- Caller: Radient cash?
- joe replies to KarenI am worried for you too. Change your bank account info. They are scammers who have a hold of your info
- KeepinItReal replies to Anonymously| 1 replyI have also used Radiant Cash before due to a period of bad credit. And I agree with you 100%. Borrowers know the terms when they apply for the loan, but when it comes time to pay the loan back, they want to cry foul. Why didn't you cry foul before taking out the loan and not even take the loan out in the first place??
Some commenters are saying they received the loan when they never applied for it. That makes no sense. Why would someone send you their money and you didn't ask for it. Also, how would they have your banking info if you didn't enter your info somewhere? I have never heard of a scammer that deposits their own money into someone else's account. - FaithStay away from PayDay loans. These loans are overly expensive and are a cut at the throat. You will end up paying back more then you borrowed which you should always read the fine black print before agreeing to anything. Also, those who may have filed bankruptcy and have before taken out a loan with another pay day loan company, do be aware. I have seen this company buy the debt from another company then call you harassing you about the debt. Once its listed in bankruptcy its listed. Do not let these people fool you. Do not send them money. Its honestly best to stay away from them period. Try borrowing from a friend of family member if you fall short. Just some friendly advice.
- Actually.. replies to KeepinItReal..it happens all the time.
- JasmineI am getting message also and never heard of them. I am going to alert my credit union to be on safe side. Had several years ago had loans taken in my name by identity theft and not going through that hell again. Those accounts have all been closed so that might be the info they still have. Ughhhhh!
