They called says you have to fill out statement n very serious allegations I called my lawyer it a scam don't fall for it.

They are so rude.  They are saying I owe over 2000 and won't send me a kick of paperwork to prove I owe the debt unless I send them money to satisfy it.  

got 2 calls within 10 minutes of each other with the same robotic/ pre-recorded message-- funny thing is the first number on my id was 760-314-6285 and the second was 213-375-0430-- both are California numbers-- total scammers - agree with wow comment  -if you owed the debt they would send you the info to verify it is legal-- if it was such an urgent matter, they would have sent it certified mail-- bottom feeding dirt bags-- get a real job

It a scam I call my lawyer when I get these calls they don't give you a bill cause they don't have one.

My lawyer check it a dial robicyic dials all number the calls are from Russia notice when they say case number it on a tape recording do nit fall for this

Scammer claiming  owe on a payday loan. I've never had a pay day loan.  Apparently they get your info when you apply for a loan online. In my case, a car loan.  This is the 2nd call from a different number calling themselves by a different name.  Nothing but a scam to encourage me to "settle with them"

They now call themselves Delaware Asset Management.

I had two calls from two different numbers 855-573-1643 and 855-974-6377 within 15 min of each other  (which when I google is a cell phone) for the same referenced claim number. The companies were Delaware Solutions and Clear Crédit Services. I believe both of these companies are scam. Don't fall for it.

They call stating that they are a law firm but won't tell the name of the said law firm and the claim that serious allegations have been made against you then offer to settle your account for hundreds of dollars or a sheriff will come to serve process papers

This company is in Los Angeles and claims to be a law office burg they are called Delaware asset management
They wouldn't give the name so I called later at night and got a recording with the name

Many robo-calls from "Delaware Asset Management" for a person who does not live here.  Supposed to be a serious legal matter.  Full-on scam.

Also, the "Call Type" list box bellow needs an option for "Scam\Fraud".

I just called by them and my bank has no record of anything that they stated. The lady Denise Carson was the rudest person, I have ever dealt with when inquiring on information. She also hung up on me too.

They just left a message on my cell phone, saying they are from Delaware Solutions, pre-legal division, serious charges, etc.    This is like the 20th time they have called over the last year threatening me with a "legal" matter.

I'm so sick of getting these calls.  Nothing but a scam.

Just received a call from 760-314-6285, left message that they are calling from a Pre Legal Division of Delaware Solutions and they just received a file under my name and social, serious allegations against me and stated that I needed to call 855-573-1643 back and place a statement on file. Is there anything that can be done to stop these calls?? This is very annoying and they need to be stopped!!

Here they go again....just received a call from 213-375-0448 same scenario as above. Says its from Delaware Solutions and to call 855-573-1643 back with a statement to put on file. This is getting annoying, is there anything that can be done to stop these people?

Apparently if you block a number they'll continue to call you from another number. These calls are annoying and would love to have them stop with their scams!! Any suggestions?

Let's see... called from 866-883-2544, 415-325-0284, 213-375-0448. Did I miss any? Same story as all of you. Actually spoke with someone once 6 months ago. Very aggressive and rude. Told me i had to pay right then and there on the phone or i would be sent to court and locked up. Said i wrote fraudulent checks from a bank I closed an acoount on 7 years ago!  When I requested proof of debt I was told they wouldnt waste their time on sending me proof. I asked for an address to have my lawyer take care of it and I was told thdy didnt have to provide it. I then told them if they didn't want to waste their time on sending me info on claim, I wasnt wasting my money on their bogus story. I was called a [***] and hung up on.
