I was annoyed at first because I didn't realize what toll free number was calling, I hate that, but Chegg left a message saying my book rental is due in a week. Good job Chegg for keeping me on the ball haha

Yes, same as the others. Was not expecting a phone call, but this was Dan at Chegg calling to remind me to return books and offering a code for a discount on books next semester. The message was garbled at that point so I don't know what percentage discount it is.

Voicemail was left reminding me to return my books on time and offering a code to get 10% off book rentals next semester.

I just curious about something.
I got a call and voice mail a few minute ago and they said I have to return a book that I don't know.
I have never rent your book. so I'm confused.

Beware -- you have received either a legit call from chegg.com (they buy/rent text books) and all the posts above are legit posts, or this is a scam call from a scammer pretending to be chegg and all the posts above are shill posts. If you have not rented from chegg and keep getting calls, I suggest you contact chegg http://www.chegg.com/contactus/ to see if they have a wrong number (your number) in their system but do not reply to the voice mail. Scammers come up with all sorts of new scams every day so beware.
