This number 855 573 7122 was given out by software clean-up organisation pro-porting to be to be Micro-soft as a return call number. The speaker was associated with india. A subsequent call to Microsoft regarding. completion of works suggested I had fallen to a scam.

This number  855 573 7122 is a total scam. They claim to be from Microsoft, this is not true...The people you talk to are from India and speak with such an accent that you can hardly understand them....To make a long story short they scammed me for $ 400.00 dollars...DO NOT BE FOOLED by this scam...they will not fix your computer...

This is some sort of Spyware.  They want total info. in order to "fix" my computer.   I have no clue how to eradicate this program.  They have completely hijacked Chrome.

You will need to take your computer to a reputable computer repair store.  They may have to reformat the hard drive to actually get rid of all the malware/spyware/viruses.  Microsoft and Microsoft partners do NOT cold call you, and they do NOT monitor everybody's computers for viruses - NEVER allow anyone to remote access your computer unless you know exactly who they are and you also called them first.

If you have the original OS disks good chance you can do it yourself. A lot of the new computers have PQService which contains your original OS files. Sorry, but you WILL lose everything on your computer (programs, files, etc.) but you will save the computer. Acer computers (for example) have a recovery program in your start - programs section. You can also try restarting your computer & try F9 BEFORE the windows logo appears. Boot your computer & start tapping! By yourself, or at a fix-it store, hope it works out.

Thanx ALL for the information shared I am tech savy but dont know from were this software is downloaded in my computer, however if i can get the information whether they have done it or its automatically done. If I can get some details I will take them to the competent authority & will get it banned.

I am in Chicago and I called tech support on Sunday I was on the phone for over 6.5 hours.THIS PLACE SUCKS
