Correction, This is Quality Planning Co. on behave of Allied Insurance Co. Question like mileage driven per year, Currant phone # and address are asked to verify your renewal. Call 855-573-7353 ask for  supervisor Melisa agent # 0310, at Quality Planning Co. to be removed form their calling list. She was very helpful. ;)

Called landline last night @ 8:37pEST
Did not answer/ left no message.
Called again today at2:05p EST
This time I answered after reading it may be Allied, I have multiple policies with them. First thing I asked her was why does the number come up as unavailable? She said she didn't know and then apologized. She gave her name and something about a letter regarding my up coming renewal for an auto, "did I recognize that"? I told her I travel back and forth between the two coasts and my mail hadn't caught up to me. I told her I prefer to deal directly with my personal agent. She repeated what I said to verify and she said she would note my account. She also had my name.
I immediately called my agent to report and told them I was very uncomfortable about the calls and to please call Allied and report it.

A message asking me to call another number to talk with someone about car insurance. It is standard fishing ploy.  Allied rep calls to speak with a customer not to leave a robo message to call back.

Here ago again a year later...
This time I did not answer, once again I will call my agent and this time speak to the owner. I don't appreciate them not leaving a message or not identify their CID.
I WAS SO ANGRY I CALLED BACK a very nice young lady came on the line and saidHi my name is XXX, my I have your policy number" I said "no you can not. I explained that I went through this last year, I have an agent. I don't even know if you are really allied because you leave no message and no ID.  You do realize that phone scams are prlolific in this country, don't you? Do not call me again."
"May I have the number we called so you can be removed"
"No you can not. Obviously it didn't work because I told you the same thing last year. I will call my agent and he can give you that info."
She was still talking while I was hanging up

I also keep getting these calls from allied, I will not answer the call and would definitely never answer any questions.I never answer anyones questions that call me.
