Got a voice mail left on phone saying she was a resource officer and I have  officially been severed,  but i can avoid her coming to my job if I call this number 855-576-8642 & give file #(left on message) to take care of the problem today. But the number she called from was blocked. Called number gave file number, said they were a law office and my file from a loan company had been given to them. I ask what was the company's name said they're with UCG,  BUT MESSAGE SAID UPG. That's first red flag.  Second thing when is first initial contact from a company is to try to serve papers but will not if you call. I taught they try to work out things with you and if that doesn't work then they start with filing. I'm confused. I never received anything by mail from this company stated that I owe money and they are trying to collect a debt, or even a phone call other than the first one stating that I was been served papers by phone message!

They receive payment from me total of 500.00 but saying end of the payment  they will send confirmation thru my email no reply and call back at that number like no access to the number so what now?

You just LOST $500.  This is a scam.
