said i needed to be available 10-2  servicing me papers at my residence   also called my husband    gave me a citation number  gave me 855-582-2205 as call back number
her name is frances  has last 4 of my ssn
ended my call with consider my self served
so glad i have an "in" with the city police and sheriff department
this is a scammer

I received the same call today - and was thrown off because they had my information and details however none of it made sense.

1st call came from "restricted" talking about they were trying to serve me papers for a legal case. I kept asking what case what legal matter. They said to call 855 582 2205 with my docket number so purely out of curiosity i called. Guy answers and said my case was red flagged. Btw he had my maiden name not my married name so that was sketch off rip. Then i asked what it was about. He said it was from a cash advance place or "the cashe store" they wanted to sue me for an amount over 5000.00 so i was going to be sued in small claims. Well thats off cuz in either state i lived in small claims only goes up to 5000.00. Then he got upset cuz i was askin too many questions. I said i know i never took a loan from anywhere considering at that point when the loan was "issued" i had no job my fiance paid for everything and supported me cuz i was pregnant! Smh he said well we we come serve you. Ok have fun. He named an address that i lived at in high school and said someone would serve the papers. Lmfao ok ill be waiting. Smh scammmmmmmmm

Just  Like the reviews above his person called from blocked number had the last 4 of my SS number,  Said I could call 8555822205 and give the claim number they left  for more info.  mentioned a lawsuit ended the call saying you have been served .  Complete scam
