Just received a call from this number-let it ring and no message. Within a minute I received a call from 858-511-9000, a number I receive numerous calls daily from. I have blocked & reported that number so it only rings once. Guessing it's just another scam.

Keep getting phone calls from this number. I never pick it up. When they leave a message it's always at least 30 seconds of nothing. Just silence...

called and I had blocked the number ready. Message left was three seconds of receiver background noise.

Did a search all I could find is that the call is coming from a call center

Received a call from this number. There was lots of static with a woman speaking in the background so lightly that I couldn't make out her words.

Got a call from this number while at work.  I called back, recording said they were calling on behalf of my local car dealer to remind me of a service appointment which is scheduled for this weekend.  Why can't my car dealer call me directly, and not use some lousy third party service?

I don't answer numbers I don't recognize, and this one went to voice mail.  Male saying something about my new 2016 Chevy Spark might be due for service and told me to call Servco Waipahu at 564-1000.  When I did, they had no idea why I should have gotten that call, and no one there had called me.  My car is only 2 months old, and does not need service.  Creepy that he should know about it.  Unfortunately, I deleted the voice mail.

Robocall, no message, blocked them.

Based on Barbara and DM1's remarks below, and the voicemail received - this appears to be a service to remind you to bring your new Chevy in for it's free first (of two) service appointments.  The voicemail then provides the number for the dealership - like Barbara - where I had just purchased the car two months ago... in fact exactly two months ago.  Not crazy about calls from unannounced/no name provided numbers but a minor inconvenience over the fact the servicing is free - little pushy though.
