Someone trying to collect money on a bill they say is now charged off your account. They tried to tell me my court system was in on it when I called the court house to see what was going on they had no idea what I was talking about.

Court cases are a matter of public record. If one of our Asian scammers' call you about a 'court case', a quick call to your City/State court officer will tell you of any pending case. As simple as that, which is what you did.

A man named Randall Porter called and said he workes with the courthouse in my home town and good luck with my up coming court date if I don't pay. I don't owe any agency and I've never been sent a bill saying I owe something. I called the courthouse and they had nothing on me nor did they have an employee named Randall Porter.

Yes someone call to my wife phone number and said that I have loan back in 2012 .however they says I don't have a case number yet very nice .please help who is this scammer.company name universal.

Got the same phone call yesterday. Called him & told him to send me papers showing  who I owed he said he would but never did

I had a voice mail message on my cell stating I had been "implemented in a fraud investigation" and they referenced an ex sister in law's name as well............... this shook me up enough I called back and left "Dave Rutledge" a returned message.... we'll see if I hear back.         Then I came here,  and I feel a little better,  we'll see if I hear back from him....
