It is a collection agency that threatens you with a lawsuit.  It's my opinion that they are violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  I spoke to a guy, Ray Jackson, who claimed they tried to serve me 3 times (a lie), and that I didn't need to show up in court because they have a default judgment.  Pure BS.  The debt they claim is mine is not mine, and they can't abuse due process.  I may sue them in small claims court under the FDCPA.

This is a third party collection agency claiming to be a law firm. This is based on a contract bought from 1st and 2nd parties to collect and make money.  They call references from your original contract with the company you had business with if they can't get in touch with you.  They claim to serve you with legal papers at your residence or with a reference who knows you. On another note, they claim they have a case no. filed with the court system.  This case number ends up being invalid when you check with the court. If it turns out to be valid, then they do have a case; otherwise, this company is using "guerrilla tactics" for you to pay more than you owe.

The guys sounds ghetto as hell.....but works at a law firm? Then a girl calls me and sounds even more ghetto...wow!
Don't fall for this....it's a scam and Ray Jackson can eat a bowl of soft dikks!

"Alan" is calling from "Process Service Dispatch" to make sure someone is available to sign for "Legal Documents."  He leaves a phone number and a case number.  He associated himself with Wells Fargo during a call-back, which is totally wrong according to the bank.  I am very concerned and have notified the police department, because "Alan" is texting my under-aged children.  More than a scam...Child predator?
