I was called by a Process Server Charlie Adams and he said that efforts to serve me had failed and he gave me the name of the attorney Allison Clark at 855-588-3821 that was handling my case.  I called the number.  Got an unprofessional voice mail but left a message.  Got a call back from the Head Attorney that owned the office, Melissa.  She said the process server screwed up and should not have given me their information.  But then she immeidately went into what the last "Stated terms were before my case went to court".  Kicker it was for a debt supposedly incurred back in 2003.

Exact same thing happened to me.  They've been calling my entire family regarding this "case."  First they asked for me by my maiden name for weeks, when we kept telling them wrong number they then started asking for me by my married name.  We've asked them repeated to just mail the documents and no longer call us.  They just hang up and call from different numbers.  They claimed this "Allison Clark" is in charge of my "case."  I have nothing pending against me, I have great credit so they are obviously a scam.  I've tried reporting this several times but they just keep calling.  Any advice how to get rid of these people?  They are relentless

I wanted to check if this is a scam as well. I tried to call the number that left the message a Brandon Crawford (564) 264-7174 from the county processing office and it was an unprofessional message. I was asked to call Allison Clark (855) 587-3821 regarding a summons to appear in court and was given a case number. However, after reading the messages here assume it is a scam. Thank you for posting your concerns. It helped.

Got a call from Anna Henson 781-549-0573 stating she's calling on behalf of the Bristol County Processor Office. She said that it had to do with possibly a lawsuit, car accident but she couldn't tell me because the document was sealed.  I was given me a case number and I need to call the Attorney Allison Clark at 855-588-3821.  Supposedly they attempted to deliver legal documents to my home and they were returned. She also said to prevent a failure to appear in court as well as future legal complications I should call.  I actually told her that I don't believe it's a real call.

Received a message from 656-228-8724/Charlie Adams from the county processor.  He gave me a case file number and said they were unable to deliver court documents to my home as they were returned.  Was told to call Allison at 855-588-3821. SCAM!

Received a call on my daughter's cell phone stating that it was a county processor calling about a court case for my husband and returned court documents (or undeliverable). I called the number provided (855-588-3821) for Allison Clark and was told that it was an answering service for multiple law firms. Then she hung up on me.

Was left a VM stating that I was served for court documents and now it was returned back to their office and now I will be charged with failure to appear. Woman stated her name was Kimberly 435-417-3750 which is local. When I called Allison Clark 855-588-3821 the woman who answered was Megan Stark she stated info that I did not give her and stated this was in regards to an account from years ago. And that it was a clerical error and would take care of it. When I told her that this sounded like a scam she got upset and asked me if I wanted to be sued. I asked her if she was local and she said no in California.

They have called everyone I know and left a partial case number. I looked up the case number and it's obliviously missing digits. It doesn't say what county they are calling from or leave the full case number.

They are doing they same thing to my family and I.  Started out asking for me by my maiden name, then since have discovered I got married so now they've switched to asking for me by my married name.  They call everyday, multiple times a day.  I don't know how to get them to stop.  They say to not interact with these people, and that's what I've been telling my family too, but it's so hard to not get upset when they call multiple times a day.
