Missed call.  Called the number back and received recording stating I'm 1 of 300 people who qualify for a free cruise for 2 to Bahamas.

When you return this call, its a gimmic for free cruise tickets.

I would like to know how these scam companies get ahold of cell phone numbers   Can't anyone stop them

Didn't answer it. My cell number is on a no call list. Curious how effective that is.

Missed the call. Called back and pressed 1 to see what would happen and it said goodbye and hung up. did anyone else press 1?

Just got this call too.  Didn't answer.  Waiting to see how many more calls I get from them.  Also got a call from 321.935.4737 yesterday and I haven't had calls like this in months.

Said I won a trip to Florida. I never registered in any contests for any trips, so it was definitely illegit.

I just have a cheap tracfone so I did not waste any minutes answering the call.

This is a fraud campaign currently active in Canada using a series of Iristel VOIP numbers.  The objective is to obtain your credit card number and drain your account.

If you attempt to "opt out" your number will be confirmed as live and added to a suckers list for repeated future calls.

I missed the same call this morning. I called them back and froze their  computer so I could talk to a person and cussed them out and scared the guy on the other end.

who owns this number? who can stop them?

Got a call from this number, did not answer because I did not know the number.

I got a call from this number as well today.  Didn't answer it.

The caller said that she was calling on behalf of Florida Escapes.  My wife said, No, we are not interested.  She responded calling my wife a BITC$...then hung up on my wife.  My wife called back and asked for a manager and she informed me that there was no one higher than her there at the office.  To make a long story short she would not allow us to speak with her manager.  Very poor company!

My phone is on no call list yet I am recieveing calls from 855-595-1397.

Am on the Do Not Call list, still getting phone calls like this.  Didn't answer.

I missed call but checked on this web site before doing anything else. Of course I did not then call back but I did check to see if my cell phone number was on the do not call list.

Anna, You can report it to the FCC. They will jump all over it. As for the DNC Registry. I registered twice this year, and it is junk. Absolute junk.

DNC list a joke- state of FL offering $50K to anyone who can come up with a solution to this problem- I use selective forwarding to get rid of these types of calls but can do nothing with "unknown name' "unknown number"- do people really answer those calls?
