- VickiPriority Services Continental Divide. Most obnoxious outfit, out of Phoenix, AZ. They claim to only want to advise us of changes to our "merchant Services Account" but that's a lie. They do NOT handle our merchant services accounts. (Our bank verified this) They called 8 times in 10 minutes and would NOT shut up long enough to have a conversation. We kept hanging up on them, and they kept calling back. We instructed them to mail us the information on these so-called "changes." Next call is to our State Attorney General.

- AnnoyedWe've been getting calls from these people saying that "a change was made to our merchant services account" They say that they are not a merchant services provider- that they are "above the banks, above our merchant services provider". After receiving a few calls from Chris 602-344-9104 and having my boss give him a call, my boss set up an appointment to meet with him, but my boss told me and Chris that they needed to email us information and asked me to research the company first. The next day, I got a call from a Christina 855-595-1540. My boss had instructed me on which email to have them send it to, but she refused to send anything to me until she spoke with my boss and got his email address. She told me the name of her company was "Priority Payment Systems" (Chris had previously told me that they were called "The National Interchange Enhancement"). She refused to give me a website or any information whatsoever once she realized I was skeptical. I told her that my boss was going to cancel his appointment & not call her back if I did not have SOME information from him & she said that she would call him the following week. I looked up both phone numbers online to find nothing good. When I looked up Christina's number, this website came up: : http://www.goppscd.com/credit-card-processing-solutions.html. There were 2 contact numbers on the website- one for sales (that matches Christina's number and one for Support) I called the Sales number & tried to speak w/an operator- but, surprise, surprise- she was the operator. She insisted that I had the wrong website even though her phone number was clearly on the website & then claimed that she never said we had a current account with them. From there, I called the Support phone number & spoke with a REALLY nice lady that said that they outsourced their sales calls & had no idea that their Salespeople were lying about what her company did in hopes of gaining new clients- she said that they should be representing themselves as merchant services providers. I definitely wasted too much of my time on tracking these people down- ridiculous that they couldn't even give me their website & give me generic information on their company.

- Very AnnoyedThis company is the most unprofessional company that I've come across in quite some time. They are aggressive and will continue to harass you if you tell them you aren't interested. We were called over 14 times in one day - despite the fact that I said we weren't interested and will continue to hang up if they called again. And they did call again... and again... and again.
