They claim to be a "financial services" company trying to "lower your interest rates", and want your credit card number and last four digits of your social security number.  They seem to have some sketchy information about you, perhaps the sort of information that might come from a credit report, and are willing to give you a first and last name (unknown whether the name is legitimate) and this toll-free number.  The telemarketers seem to have North American accents, but I couldn't really place the accent.  I can't tell if they are legitimate or not, but it's probably best not to give them anything.

They called me today asking for the same info....
