call every day for 3 weeks. I finally waited for someon to pick up to tell them to remove my number and they hang up. Dirtbags. Said ABS and Associates when a "live" person came on.

Starting receiving two to three calls a day beginning about a week ago.  Never answered and no voice mail.  Finally answered today and it was an automated collection message for someone other than me.  Pressed 1 to speak with a live person to tell them to remove my number and they immediately hung up.  I also think they said ABS and Associates when they answered so it wouldn't surprise me if it was these scumbags with a new/different number:

Calls about every three weeks. Claims to be Free Legal Associates and whether or not the person they are looking for (not me) will be home to diver legal paperwork. I explain that i am not who they are looking for and they ask when the person will be home. Completely useless to ask them remove number. Just had to block them.

Called first time today.  A stern sounding woman left a message that I had to call them today.  She gave a "Case number"  She also identified herself as being with AFB, what ever that is.

This number was calling my son's phone almost everyday.  When I answered and pressed 1 to speak to a person they hung up on me.  They ask for a person I do not know nor have I ever heard of.  I finally called my service provider and had the number blocked.

Definitely a debt collector; never leave a message.  I've been getting a call almost every day for a month.  I don't even bother calling back to find out who it is; these people get away with harassing folks because not enough of us report them.  Who has the time, all of us are struggling; eventually they go away.

Got a call from this number today and didn't answer it. After reading these comments I'll never answer it and if they continue to harass me, I'll certainly be blocking their number from contacting me.

I don't have any debts or collections.

Got another call from them this morning, no answer from my end, no message from them. Time to block!

Just ignore these idiots.  First, they are not going to deliver any kind of legal papers or summons to you...that is not how the process works.  That is just a way for them to try and get you to call them back so that they can try to pressure you into paying them money from some old debt that they bought for pennies on the dollar.
