Do not know who this is but I'm sick of it. If u  have a droid, download Mr. Number(its free) it blocks any number u want blocked.  It pics up n hangs up.

This number belongs to a company called "The Trading Post"... maybe? I called them back and they said something about getting an offer for an e cigarette. They also said to leave you name, number, and zip code and they would remove you from the list.

Dont know who this is but I am on the do not call list, and you are getting away with calling people with a recording..so stop

yeah, and apparently they somehow get away with calling you under some loophole in that whole "do not call" thing. If you ordered a product from them, or a similar product from a competitor, they can contact you.. blah, blah... but they did promise to remove me.. lets see what happens.

I have called this lame number back 3 TIMES telling them to take me off their list. The last time I told them I'm calling the cops. Does anyone know where I can report this crap to? I'm thinking the Better Business Bureau but I don't know, getting sick of the calls.

I'm getting calls 4 times a day, and I don't smoke.

I got 9 calls in a matter of 2 minutes from these people yesterday.  I never answered it, but every time I hit Ignore, they immediately called back.  I finally had to turn my phone off for awhile so they'd leave me alone.  No messages left.

I have gotten many calls from this company.  I left voice mails for them to remove me.  How do you file a complaint against a company that ignores the no call list?

I received a call from 855-595-7148 on my cell phone at 5:44pm on Friday, September 16, 2011.  Normally I would not answer a call from a phone number that I didn't recognize but I was expecting a call and mistakenly thought that it might be from the company that I was waiting to hear from.  I said "Hello." and there was silence, but the call was still connected, so I gave them another chance.  I said "HELLO" and there was a pause, but a man spoke.  He quickly stated the company that he was calling from.  I caught "S" something "Trading Post".  I assumed it was Sierra Trading Post because that is the only trading post that I have ever ordered from but it was still unusual for them to be calling me out of the blue and it didn't really sound like he said "Sierra".  After reading Bozo Alert's post, I am convinced that the caller said "Seneca Trading Post".  It really did sound more like "Seneca".  The caller asked if anyone in my house smoked and said that they were offering free electronic devices.  I didn't really catch exactly what he called it, but I believe it was something like the e-cigarette product.  I told him that no one in my house smokes.  He told me to have a great day and made a point of saying my first name.  He seemed exceedingly friendly, but that just made me nervous and I hung up.  As far as I know, that was the only call I received from that number.  I searched the Sierra Trading Post web site for "e-cigarette" and there were no results.  I typed "senecatradingpost.com" into my browser and it re-directed to http://www.canadapharmacy.com/ which really made me wonder if it was a scam.
