Called my mother in-laws phone about my daughter ..called back to give information was the rudest and cruelest man on the phone ..put me down as a parent and doesn't even know me. Very upset would like to look into this further . No one should every speak to anyone like that

Very rude, verbally abusive, used non PC terms and pharses, caused emotional distress.

Do not speak to them unless you have professional representation. Avoid all calls!!!

Not 100% sure, currently investigating.  They claimed to be a "law office".

I suggest not giving them personal details, maybe speak with a lawyer first..?!!

Yea he was very rude and demanded my mom pay money today of over 3000 dollars on something she don't owe. He said if she don't pay it today that she will be in court on Monday. Then he slammed the phone down

They called and left me a vm with a case number. I believe this is a scam and I will report them. A person by the name of Julie left me a very menacing message... I would suggest you have your attorney call them.

Why pay your attorney to call them when you can deal with them yourself? Simply tell them you aren't paying anything until they mail you proof of the debt. Refusal to do so  (and they will refuse) is proof this is a scam. Never just pay some random caller demanding money. Always insist they follow the law by mailing proof of the debt.
Block and ignore their calls and tell your family to do the same.

You’re so right. Why play around with scammers. Get them back by reporting them.

Spoke with someone named Gino Barcaro extremely rude and aggressive. Told me I would lose in court and I am wasting  time trying to get more information about the old debt and hung up on me. I cannot find the Law Firm online but would like to report them.

I just got a call from this number saying this “They close _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ my name is Anthony _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ the county process services press the button for San Bernardino County and this call is to notify the residents _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ attempt will be made _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ short a court ordered summons for Leanna  Martines and then _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ know if there's any changes in the time date or location delivery please contact the issue _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ time to leave me a case at number 855-595-8413 make sure that your reference case number when calling case number is 2018 Dash 109490 _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ you have been notified…” they said they want to serve me a summons. Is this a scam?!

I just received the same vm. The difference is that Anthony Miller claims he's from Los Angeles County and my case number ends with a different number. After reading several blogs, this is a scam. He omits the time and residence address so we fall into the trap to call back and give out our personal info. @Elena Weaver...thanks for sharing

This is a SCAM. this is a version of the court processor scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. DO NOT AGREE TO PAY OR MAKE PAYMENTS OF ANY KIND.
They have called me multiple times pretending to be a court processor, I have called them back and asked for more details and they refuse to send proof of debt owed. I have spoken with a lawyer and he has confirmed it is in fact a scam. He advised me to report them to the FTC and when and if they call again tell them to stop calling and hang up.

Called left vm on husband and brother in law phone. Saying the same thing about the summons. It’s a scam. I don’t owe anyone anything. Don’t answer and don’t give them any info. This Anthony Miller needs to stop calling he says he represents Riverside County on his voicemail. But on different ones he represents different counties. Crazy people.

Left a fast spoken message regarding collections. Just so happens my case # began with the current year..

He called tried to have me pay him money but wouldnt send me any type of proof said his name was Edward Blake from Jenkins law office  called him a second time and all he did was try and talk bad to me and about my family SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT PLAY INTO IT MAKE HIM FEEL LIKE WHAT HE'S DOING WILL NEVER WORK

Same caller had called me several times with same threats. Looked up Jenkins law firm on google and the actual Jenkins Law firm has a statement on their website regarding this scam.

sent me an email with a bogus address. googled the address and saw that it was a small strip mall in Hollywood CA.  Gino is a rude obnoxious person. Same threats and when i asked questions, he went off the handle stating that i was being "snippy".

I bet there was a UPS store in that strip mall,or something like it.  What was the name of the company and the address?

Someone by that same  name just called my place of employment in California saying the same thing but actually left a #
