This number 1-855-598-0282 is someone trying to do fraud

How can that be "Susie Collins/Mrs. Casandra Green" if you don't know who called or why they called?

"Process server"
Someone called me claiming to be a process server, gave me a reference number...not a docket number...and could not give me any information from the "summons". The person gave me his "name", Charlie Adams? Or Adamson?
He gave me this number and told me to ask for  "the attorney " in charge of the case..."Michael Harris".
Fake names and a total scam...beware...

Llamaron a mi familia diciendo que si no me reportaba con ellos antes de las cuatro de la tarde me iban a arrestar porque alguien tenía una demanda en mi contra, y me dieron el número de caso # 3298848CR, cuando llamé me dijeron que de acuerdo a ese número de caso estaban buscando a una persona con el nombre de Albert y se disculparon por el error.

Both me and a family member received a call about a process summons. Called the number back and was told they were calling on a debt from 2011 for Citi Bank/home Depot. I told them I didnt remember the debt and the "senior paralegal" told me they'd send something else out and hung up on me. Tried to call back a day later to let them know I had filed for bankruptcy late in 2011 after this supposed debt. Left a message for a call back. Got an auto-blocked spam call from a 223 area code so called back a 3rd time gave the receptionist my name and case number and was told I'd be transferred. Placed on hold and the receptionist came back and told me she was transferring me now. Call dropped. Called back rang once then went to a busy signal. Tried 5 minutes later same result. Called from a different line and it went through. Looks like they blocked my cell. A legitimate business would not do this. Reporting to the FCC.

Had a voicemail looking for my mother who passed away 3yrs ago. Saying the documents they sent were returned and she missed a court date and in order to avoid a failure to appear I needed to call them back. Micheal Harris 855-598-0282

Voice-mail saying they tried to reach my mom and this was the only number they had. They sent documents but they were returned (supposedly🤥). And that my mom needs to call them back for legal discussions since she is being sued.
