Correct. People have GOT to stop believing what the caller ID says. It's redundant. Never give out personal or financial information on a call you did not make, or verify. Never call back numbers given to you in a fax, text, email, or voice mail. Check first.

This is a legit company and always help me whenever we call them. 4 stars to them for their work. Please stop accusing anyone without getting the work done.

Today got some virus and which says Microsoft error and technical help no says 1855 598 4419. Asked for 50 dollars to fix issue. Fraud .. Be aware

Color me stupid.  I think I got scammed twice by iKraft247.  First time cost me $149.99 for a one year protection plan and cleaning out viruses.  That was in March 2015.  Next time they called they said it would cost $249.99 for an extended year plus life time servicing.  Now they are calling me at least twice a week telling me they need to resolve a problem they keep getting reported to them saying there are viruses popping up in my computer.  I told him not to call back again that I cancel my agreement with them and he says he will charge me a cancellation charge for cancelling my agreement with them.  I've checked my package details sheet and nowhere does it say I will get billed additional fees for cancelling business with them.  He also said he has my credit card # and will use that for the payment.  I am going to my back tomorrow and going to try and block anything from them.  Or change my credit card #.   I probably would have used them to fix whatever problem there was with my computer but my neighbor told me they were a scam.

I get a call from this number a half dozen times a day. Its a recorded message that says to call about my computer security. I call them and tell them I don't have a home computer and they just hang up on me and keep calling.

I signed up with Norton and one day I was having problems with my computer and I got a call fro 855-598-4419 stating that they were from iKraft helping Norton resolve the computer problems this was in march of 2015 so I had been talking with a Alex who told me he would be my tech and I spoke with him 7 times until Oct of this year where he told me my computer was being invaded with foreign viruses and that he would install a wall similar to what NASA uses and that would stop any interference from outside sources for life if I paid a fee which I did they asked me to call every month for a complete check up to make sure it was working properly when I called the following week and the phone was no longer working I realized I had been scammed they  had changed their name s few weeks before to HelixStack LLC they even gave me an ID number for future calls also an office address in Scottsdale Arizona.
