Whenever I used to answer they would just hang up. So they have been blocked for months from calling me and they still haven't gotten the hint and keep calling everyday which makes checking my call history annoying when all you see is their blasted number!

I was also asked for Gary. How strange. Obviously, some kind of scam is going on here.

Person called a few times, asking for Gary or not saying anything and people have reported both, in regards to this phone number. Obviously, something nefarious is going on here and I would block this number. I sure am.

They call every day.... sometimes twice a day. Never leave any messages. I've answered twice and got no response so I've finally blocked them.

This program simply wont leave me alone even after being blocked they're clogging up my received calls after 3 years and they still wont give up.

Scam collection agency. Threatened to report them and they stopped calling but have started calling again after 6 months

My phone rang twice I answered and they hung up, googles the number and came across this. Proceeded to call them back, their “on hold” process seems really fake. Anyways, they asked my name Which I gave them and they then asked if it was a new number (my number) which it was and said some random persons name could be real could be fake idk something about cvb

Sent a text message. Told to call for account #********** but does not identify what it is about.  If this was a real collection they should be sending a letter to the house not a text.

a lady called from CBV collection service limited, verifying my info ( I do not from where they got this).
she stated, she is calling on behalf of Bell Canada for an outstanding balance of 318$ since 2017.
I terminated my bell Canada in 2016, and thank God, I keep a digital copy of my documents.
I asked her to send me in mail what she is claiming, however, hung up on me.

Lady calls asking to verify my mailing address regarding an overdue Bell account.  I’ve been a Bell customer since 2000. Asked her for some info which she said she can’t provide until I verify info — on an account that has been closed since 2000!   Asked her to send a letter to the address on file — I’ve still in same address — and she refused. I said I wouldn’t give info over the phone and she said “fine, we’ll just keep calling.”  And they do.

Re:previous entry. I’ve not been a Bell customer since 2000.  I’m not currently a Bell customer and haven’t been for more than 20 years.

This number keeps calling my unlisted cell number, and even though it's blocked, they leave a message that is pretty much "We're sorry for the delay.." followed by silence.

Robo call stating the call is regarding important business and to hold the line for the next agent.  Uh, no.  Looked it up and was directed to this page to see it's a collection agency/scam, other BS. Uh, my credit report is completely clear with nothing outstanding.  Assuming it's scammers.  Blocking now.

They called me saying they are Cbv collections from Bell. Then they asked me to verify myself, thats when I knew they are scammers. If you know my address and name say it lol.

Same here. If it’s Bell then you probably have some equipment they want back. What a [***] service they provide. I fired them they were so bad. Now they won’t stop hounding me for equipment I don’t even want. (Sadly, I can’t find it as it’s been two years now). I never thought anyone could be worse than Rogers,  but incredibly Bell is.

855-602-0977, called, left a computerized message, for "important business matter". Wants me to call back, like a 1 ring scammer. I am in bankruptcy. No business would touch me.

Sounds like a debt collection call.  Since this is a toll free number then I don't see how you are drawing the conclusion that it is the same as a "1 ring scammer"?

Never answer. It's scam. Telling you Bell canada, agency finacial something. She need to verify some info before even telling you which bill you own them. No sense. Just block that numer please don’t give any info
