Calls leaves message to if I am the person he needs to talk to press on to get this complaint taken care oh.   Does not give name of the person he is looking for.  Then said if I don’t talk to them they will have to call my family and friends.   No idea what he is talking about

Same deal, calls sounding very official and then start talking about some case.  Never give any details or names, but says they will start calling your friends and family and then threatens court action.  Says his name is Mike Jacobs.

Same as the other calls. Sounds official and says they have made several attempts to reach me regarding some case.  If I don't call back they will start calling references and family members and will take court action.  Says his name is Mike Jacobs.

He says his name is Mike Jacobs and that someone has a complaint that is linked to my social security number and that if I don't call him back they're going to start calling my friends and family and If the person filing the complaint doesn't deem me unreachable, then they would have my local county court locate me. I'm intrigued by the comment "if this is you then you need to call me back, if this isn't you, you need to call me back so we can take you off of this record. Seriously, you don't have my name but you have a complaint filed by someone against me and you know my social security number but again not my name. Scam! You don't know either one of them.

My husband and I each received this exact same call on our cell phones less than 5 minutes apart. The first thing I picked up on was what you pointed out: "If this is you..." - how incredibly vague!  Folks, fo NOT answer this call or call this guy back!

I just got this same phone call from Mike Jacobs. It scared me at first, but he never says my name, the client’s name, or references a case number. If this is true at all, the court can find me. This is ridiculously vague. Has to be a scam

I just received the same call just now.  I did not answer the call since it is an unrecognized number.  I just let it go to voicemail and I have it recorded.  This is pure BS and definitely a scam!  Let them come after me.  I will introduce them to my friend Smith Wesson.
