Called my ex husband said her name was grace Nichols and to call a number back or she would be serving me the next day between 12-2. Called the number was a pretend law office with an answering machine.

Says his name is Harvey Ross from HHK & Associates, something about not being able to deliver documents and now my name a ss# will be entered into a judgement to garnish wages or my bank account. Doesn't say who he is calling for or the address (or at least the town or street name) to give me a clue as to who he is trying to serve. I think it is a scam.

" Harvey Ross" & "Grace Nichols" are SCAMMERS!  There is no such thing as "entering into a judgment". A judgment is awarded by the court. Garnishment is ordered by the court. If "Harvey" had documents to deliver they'd be on file at your local Clerk of Courts office. Go on down there & ask. There won't be a thing.
Scammers like to use official sounding lingo. They're hoping to find a fool. They fail to understand that they're far more stupid than 99% of the people that they're trying to defraud. Only after they realize that 99% of their attempts fail does it occur to them how ignorant they really are. They keep trying. Finding that 1% is their goal. It's not like they have anything better to do. They can't get a real job...who'd hire them?

Harvey called saying that there was a prejudgement against husband. Complete bulls#! $!

Did anything ever happen from it? I got a call from a Grace Nichols who gave me an 800 number to call.

Tried to say something along the lines of delivering paperwork to me at my home, attempting to contact me stating a default judgement will be entered in my name and Social Security number this may result but not limited to garnishment or bank levy....My mother was home at the time and nobody showed. Bunch of horrible people.
