Just got this number from an number I did not recognized (256 716 8444) saying to call this 855 number. It was a man saying "Hello this message is form the the office of NRS. We are calling regarding a return item from your bank requiring your immediate attention. It would be in your best interest to have your self or your counsel to call our offices to discuss voluntary resolution to this matter. You may contact us at Toll-free at 855-604-1109, and when calling, please refer docken(?) number  MCD01-82. Please be advised that this is not a solicitation and we will be expecting a response."

This is a scam. Do not ever call. If you do, bid your savings, your retirements, etc. good bye.

I got this same message as above, I knew it was a scam right away.

I got a message on my machine. No name just call this number about a returned bank item and that I should call back or my counsel.  Very threatening!  Since they did not have the courtesy to identify themselves I did not call them back.  I just checked the phone number on google.

Same thing, I just got the same message. THANK GOD FOR GOOGLE!!!! I thought my wife did something!!! LOLOLMAO!!!

My mother just got this call today January 10, 2011.  Saying there were several civil suits filed against her and she need to call their prelegal department back.  I listened to the message and was immediately ON FIRE!!!!  They have picked the right one!  I do own an investigation company AND have a circle of attorneys as very close friends.  I will have one of them give them a call for harassing an elderly lady and they will be sued!!  MF'rs!  Hate people who sit on their @ and think of crap to harass people!!  They need a job!!!!

It's not even like it's a convincing call. He doesn't say who the issue is with, what exactly it's about, and they didn't say my name/my boss's name/the company name. These people are slime. I get these calls multiple times a year. The worst part: People fall for it. My mom works at a bank and one of their customers (a retired woman) fell for this kind of thing and lost a lot of money.

Look your all getting bent out of shape about it . I found out i owed money on my child support with my kids mother's out  state an i thought it was a scam myself until they came to my work and served me with legal documents so these guys are no joke.

Yeah? Real Deal?  Who's to say your not the one making the scam calls trying to cover your butt!!

Same phone number, message, same name!  Watch out everyone.

I just one of these calls on my voicemail.  First of all, what is a "pre-legal" department?  Never heard of this before.  Secondly, don't legal things like this always come in the mail?  You don't leave messages like this on voicemail even if it WERE the customary way of  doing things.  Am I correct about this?

By the way, the man identified himself as David Mann, though "Mann" was hard to decipher.  He kind of slurred it. He claimed someone filed a complaint against us.  Also gave us a docket number.

My mother has been receiving calls from this number for months.  She is bedridden, in a nursing home and practically deaf.  I answered her phone this evening while visiting and finally heard the [re-recorded message she ahas been alluding to.  I returned the call only to get an answering service.  I provided MY name & telephone number.  I certainly hope they call me.

They never say who the call is for nor do they give a reference number, I don't know who these people are but I am not calling back and I suggest you don't either!!!!

Got a message from CHLOE LONG and she identified herself as being from the law offices of McCauly Davidson and Assoc. She left a number to call her back 855-604-1109. She did not mention who she was looking for but she said it was regarding charges stemming from possible bank fraud and that "THEY""are requesting a possible revoketion or suspension of my lisence under pc 503.27. So I called back and this guy answered saying HIS name and not "McCauley Davidson and assc."I asked for CHLOE LONG and he transfered me to her. I told I was returning her call and she asked me for my name.I ONLY gave her my first name. She paused for a while and MEANWHILE in the background i could hear another phone making a call. Then she said were looking for Tommy White.I said she had the wrong number she said ok and we hung up.

I got the same call.  lawsuit against me and CHLOE LOG or LONG and threaten penal code 503.27 denial of drivers license.........FRAUD
Please send an email out to people that you know so they don't call this people.

A fast talking man who slurred his words who transferred me to "investigater Chloe Long"  as she stated to me.  She is RUDE!  She had all of my personall information and said I was being investigated for bank fraud!  I gave her NO info on me and told her to lose my number!  Don't know what kind of an operation this is ...but they use lies and intimidation.  They have harrassed my poor folks and my sister looking for me......hello...I am the same place I have always been.....SCAM!  I wish someone knew how to shut them down...?
