Miss Aloozo ( could be mispelling the name) I need to speak to you about a matter that came across my desk  asap

The is Ms. Flalucca (not sure of spelling either). "I need to speak with you today by 4:00 PM about a matter that came across my desk."

Just received a message from a Kristxxx Alonso?? She states that a file came across her desk. Very unprofessional. She also states that she is collecting for Mack Development. However, at no given time did she ever state the required legal preface: Just so you know Ms. SO N So this is a debt and an attempt to collect a debt. Any information.. Also Mack Development violated my privacy by selling my information to a third party adjuster. That is a big no no. She say you must resolve this before 3 in the afternoon today! This is illegal as well and harasdment. I further asked for a Debt Validation letter. She became very evasive and gave me this adress. She sounds like a lady that was working for USB Mediations. USB Medications is supposedly in Williamsville NY well my attorney this past summer sent someone out and the place doesn't exist. She provided with this address for the debt validation letter. PO BOX  205 Orchard Park, NY 14127. I googled the address and nothing came up!!!! Suspicious. I asked for a physical address and she stated that she would tell Mack Dev. To give me theirs. My guess is this is a scam. Very illegal. Shame on Mack Development for selling my personal private information.

Shame on Mack Development for selling my personal private information.  I just googled Berkhardt services/Associates and the only thing that comes up is in Orland Park, ILLinois.  So the address and the name is not correct!!  I hate auto correct. The above post had misspellings.  This is 100 per cent scam.  Always pay the people directly.  There should be a hippa law that deters pay day loan companies from selling your information.

I just got the same call.  I googled the information.  It sounds like an off Name and address for USB mediations.  She sounds like the same lady that was pretending to be Christopher House's paralegal. I called the state of New York and New Jersey and at no time do they have an a lawyer by the name of Attorney Christopher House nor did he have a paralegal by the name of Lori ......... whoever she was.  This address PO Box 205 Orchard Park, NY  14127 sounds so similar to the bogus address 2809 Wherle Drive, Suite #3 Williamsville, New York, 14221.  My attorney sent someone out to look at the address it was an empty unoccupied building!!!  These scammers make good money off of unsuspecting scared people!!!

It sounds like another group trying to reroute their scam.  USB Mediations got caught up with.  Here is their fake scammer address as well:
Attorney Christopher House paralegal: Lori Richards  (both are fake)
2809 Wherle Dr. Suite #3, Williamsville, NY 14221   Very similar near each other  They use these addresses for 6 months, then move somewhere else.  HIghly illegal and a scam!!
USB mediations and Berkhardt Assoc's do not represent the meaning of fair debt collection practices.  Shame on Mack Development for selling people's personal private information to a third party adjuster.  They make so much money off of scared unsuspecting individuals.

Be very afraid of these people.... People at this number now are one of those "help desk" outfits that will try to get you to download remote control software on your machine to try to "fix" problems.   What they'll probably do is scare you into thinking you have problems so you give them your credit card number and potentially load the problems onto your machine in the first place.     Do not trust them for a second....

Won't give you the name of the company which is a sure sign of a scam.   And it sounds like it's an indian call center.

These people are scammers, don't answer your phone.

I have received 5 phone calls from this phone # over the last two days (not to mention regular calls before the aforementioned two days).  I don't answer, but the calls are getting irritating.
