Received an email pretending to be from Amazon, using my real name, informing me that a $204.78 item was going to be delivered to not my address in Texas and stating that my account would be debited.  This was the phone number in the email that I was given to call if I had any questions.

I received a email from Amazon stating that an item was purchased using a credit card that we had applied for and that a charge for $600 was on that card that I owed they told me to go to the store and buy eBay cards so that they could get the verification number off of them and told me that the $600 would be refunded back to my account count I don't understand what's going on because my husband does not have an email account with eBay at all or Amazon so I think this was a scam luckily the lady at Walgreens told me not to do it

Just got a text saying that my card was debited $958.25 at Amazon and I had to call this number to stop.   Total Scam!
