Received a call from this number with a garbled message stating that they were from a company for legal services. I need to call pending a court appearance. Just sick of these people...

I can't believe I almost fell for this! A female just called me trying to collect a debt for a "payday loan" from 2011. She had all my info and even my husbands name. I have never taken a pay day loan in my life!
When I hung up I did research and found that  this is a common scam. What worries me is that she had my date of birth, address, husbands name, and other info.

Received the same phone call as the other comments. Spoke to my lawyer between calls and they told me it sounded like a scam and told them to mail me paper documents. When I called back requesting them the girl Sarah I talked to there and originally left me the message got all flustered and hung up in me. But same thing she new my address, last four of social, dob, my lawyers info. But never in my life did I get a payday loan like she said I did. They also emailed me a document with all the information about the amount I'm being "sued" for but it don't have an address on it and I could only download the full document if I agreed to sign it. Crazy people!

This is a BS service for Student Loan and Debt collections.  Interesting thing I NEVER HAD A STUDENT LOAN!  i've tried so many times to opt out of these calls, even blocked numbers but they seem to circle back.  Super Annoying
