Just received this call today & saved the message. Message states that it is the Law Firm of Katherine O'Connor and that there is a complaint against me. I need to call 855-622-2656 by 5pm today.
Seems like to spam to me as this number is non-existent. Tired of these people

Same thing as other callers, but they were calling for my brother. not sure how true the information is.

ID themselves as O'Connor and Associates.  Supposedly a "litigation" firm.  No idea where they are located.

They called the office looking for one of our employees. Same typical call, they want to know our protocol for serving employee, they are going to serve papers and arrest. Which doesn't make sense. Sounded like an attempt to scare the employee. When I expressed that they sounded like a bill collector or that something didn't sound right, the person became agitated and started running off at the mouth. That's when I knew it was time to hang up.

Calling my job an my cell  leaves message that I've been reported call this 855-622-2656 by 5:00 pm

Do not call back unknown numbers. *67 does not work on toll free numbers.

Called at 845 pm said law offices of Kathryn OConnor complaint lodged against me call by 5pm did not call back Scam!

I received this call at 6:11 pm yesterday from 888-662-6412. Left a horribly automated voicemail as the Law Office of Attorney Katherine O'Connor in reference to a complaint. I was told to call 855-622-2656 to receive the case information and service information. I was told to call before 5:00 pm today and the message was left at 6:12 pm. I called them back immediately. I have dealt with this before. I spoke to a Ms. Thomas who refused to give me any information and told me they were unable to serve my arrest warrant at an old address. She never asked for my current address or county I know reside in. I emailed my lawyer right away who informed me this is harassment and that I needed to get their address. I called back this morning and they want me to give up my credit card info in an email! Yet they refused to let me speak to the lawyer "Katherine Sullivan" (hmmm) and refused to give me a mailing address.

Do not do it. It is a scam. If you ask them to legitimize themselves they will just say they will serve you the paper for being uncooperative and they will hang up on you. The sheriff's department does not serve you on behalf of a process service... that is their job. If you try and google them nothing comes up for the law office or the process service. The website they give you for their "information" is a google page that can be set up by anyone. They will also ask you to pay them via pay pal with the lawyer's email address being katherinoconnor1@gmail.com and tomakle the payment out to oconnor corporation.

This is the address that comes up when you google them, but in one of the searches it says that business is closed...

Called saying they were with the law firm of Sullivan & Schwartz. Threatening to arrest me for theft of services. I didn't talk to them, my daughter did. They also called my place of employment and left a detailed message about why they were calling.

A person named Nicole Thomas called my employment threatening to garnish my wages tomorrow. Said the attorney handling the case is Katherine Sullivan. Provided me their address which came up as O'Connor Legal Consulting. Their number is no good. I called Ms. Thomas back and asked to speak to the attorney Katherine Sullivan. Of course she was not available and when asked to send me the documents showing that they are garnishing my wages, she said they could only send them to my attorney. I told her I don't have an attorney and to send me the documents. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General of the State of Washington for fraud. Don't tolerate calls like this from any person. Even if it is bill collector. When I asked her to "validate the debt", she didn't understand what I was talking about. If it was a real bill collector, then she would have known that once a consumer asks that a debt be validated, all collection actions have to stop immediately because it is in violation of federal law for a collection agency to pursue a debt once you have asked that the debt be validated.

Did you know it is illegal to claim to be an attorney?  A REAL  attorney wouldn't make illegal threats either.  Wages are garnished by court order..not because a liar says so.

I'm getting emails from katherinoconnor1@gmail.com through PayPal billing. This person keeps billing me for $150 for consulting and I don't even know who this person is. I originally emailed her and said you have the wrong Missy's email address, thinking it was just an error from a legit place, but I keep getting this bill and it seems really weird. I reported it to PayPal, that someone is billing PayPal customers for phony charges, but other than that, I just created a filter with that email address, so I'll never get another one.

These people have scammed me out of $150 stating that I would be arrested within 2 days if not paid!!! I need to know what steps to take in a situation like this! Worried that they may have stolen my identity as well!!PISSED

they called i didnt pick up.a message said he was with sullivan and schwarts and that they had  a complaint against me for some reason i coulnt even understant,of acourse i didnt called back.a quick google search brought me here,and im glad i did.i see im not the only one dealing with this idiots.do not answer,,do not call back,,

Tbeh left a message sgating that some was saying i stole someone ss number and wrote bad checks. Never called back that was in jan. Now today i get a guy calling saying the same thing

This number has called my elderly father in law,my husband repeatedly and my landlord threatening to have me arrested for check fraud which when asked to mail me documentation of their proof they get belligerent and I just hang up. My elderly father in law was afraid for our safety as it's all just a scam and bully tactics.
