Stated he was a compliance officer and they were attempting to locate me - would call my family, work, etc.
Said they needed to reschedule the process server.

IF there was a problem, they WOULD know exactly where you are!!  This is the FAKE "summons for you" SCAM.  Let your family & friends & employer  know about the crooks call.  Do not put anything past callers like this.

Real process servers don't call in advance.

Received same message as stated from kim. Called me and also a family member. Left message with family member that he had their social as well as mine and threatened to come to family members house.  No company name just gis name and the phone number to call.

Has anyone actually had someone come to their door? A friend and her husband are receiving the same phone calls.

Simply put....NO. Its a scam, as was mentioned already. Nobody is coming to knock on anyone's door.
