Because real process servers do NOT call ahead of time, nor do you need two forms of ID.  Perhaps you'd be so kind as to post the legal company name, address and website, if any.  If not, you come across as just another shill trying to run damage control.

I notice you "forgot" to give the name and address of who's taking you to court. Funny, that's the first thing most people would mention. Could it be because they don't exist? How about because you don't have have a clue of what you're talking about? Hint: You don't have to sign anything when you're really served.

Oh, and, yes, I'm calling you a liar.

It's a total scam. You don't need to have any forms of ID to be served. Think about it: If that were true anyone could avoid service simply by refusing to show their ID!

..as soon as you accused "Really"  of not paying bills, you gave us the typical shill comment.

I don't think you're trying to do anyone a favor. Except the people behind these phone calls. For some reason you're trying to protect them by keeping their identity secret. I think we all know why you're doing that.

I love it when shills of all sorts - these FDCPA-violating scammers, Microsoft shills, IRS shills, Grant shills, etc.. come here and do our work for us - alerting the whole world to the scam being run at the number in question.

You were serviced by a process server?  I don't think I want to know what that means.  If you don't want to be considered a liar, answer the question.  What is the company name and address that is suing you, what is the lawyer's name and BAR number.  All right there at the top of the page they "serviced" you with.

Now as to running from their bills, I guess we could say the same about you since you had to be "serviced" first before paying?  But then we don't have unpaid bills.  We pay ours when due, which is apparently much more than you can say.

Here are two undeniable facts about debt collectors.
Fact 1) Debt collectors harass innocent people by calling outdated numbers.
Fact 2) Debt collectors refuse to accept that they have reached a wrong number.

I know these are facts because it has happened to me.

OK.  Fine.   Now.  Want to tell us:

    1.  Name of Plaintiff
    2.  Name of Defendant
    3.  Attorneys for the two parties
    4.  Date case was filed
    5.  Case number
    6.  Address of the court.

You can't object because a law case is a public record.

OC?  Do you mean Orange County Superior Court in Southern California?

Oops, Sorry.  You're actually shilling  for

And now the idiot shill's true colors come out.  YOU are the only one on this thread who claims they are a debtor and were actually served, yet you resort to the old familiar comment favored by idiot debt collector shills since time immemorial: "professional debtor".  The only one fitting that description here is YOU.

Further, BigA did not ask for your personal information, he asked for the information on the company and lawyer that is suing you.

Lord but these stupid shills are all cut from the same cloth.  Soooo predictable.
