List of State AG’s offices: https://800notes.com/faq/attorney-general - Roy Hamilton| 2 repliesAhhh, Back to work today ... just had to chime in to as many posts as I can against all these collection agencies to fight back and see how many debtors are still on this website trying to NOT pay their bills LOL ... just checked other posts to chime in on those too. How we doing debtors? Still same garbage lies and claim to everything being a "Scam" when your the scam by stealing money? We take out any new loans today we dont plan on paying back or what?
- kal replies to Roy HamiltonRoy Hamilton. Normally I do not write here but since you did I will respond to or bull [***] comments. Not all of us that post here have taken out a loan and others of us have taken out a loan and paid them off. Yet we all get these calls. You can tell they are scams from the way you receive y our message. Automated, use famous name, common name, foreign. I work for attorney and I can tell you that when we go to serve someone with papers we do not call them first. By the time we serve we have already tried to settle the matter. Your [***] reply above was unnecessary and uncalled for. If you work for these types of companies you need to just go away and leave us law abiding citizens alone. Go take a long walk of a short pier and go back to where you came from. Wee are all getting tired of calls like this.

List of State AG’s offices: https://800notes.com/faq/attorney-general - kReceived a call from this number today at my work. Automated voice message that did not say who the call was for. When I called back it was not even for me.

- Resident47 replies to Roy HamiltonAaahhh, back from Federal court today and relaxing. I just had to chime in against my latest FDCPA defendant with a blistering response to more of its counsel's half truths and misdirection. Amazing how many liars and cheats hire only lawyers who resemble them. Just checking in here to see how many shills are still trying to scare people into paying phantom bills and unverified debts .... LOL. How we doin', scofflaws? Same old misspelled trash talk against the poor? More specious claims that every debtor is a "thief"? We buy any cheap portfolios today with more holes than Swiss cheese? We gonna make empty threats to sue on accounts we don't plan to prove in court or what?
- GigiLooks like "Keisha" called me today from the Local County Office using their number (callerID) - But her name today is Alesha Bivens - She tried to come to my job and home but I didn't open my door (so she says).......Supposedly I have a major case against me - I know this because she left a docket# (whoa shaking in my boots) and I need to reach out to 855-623-5290 who "she believes" is a litigation company called Goldstein (which we all know this is not true....lies) So once I get the information from Goldstein (lie) - whatever that is - I need to fax it to the county by 2PM or the Sheriff will be notified to do something to me - Not sure possibly shoot and kill me for a debt I had 15 years ago or hang me in the town square while Roy Hamilton takes pictures to post on social media. Either way IDGAF!
BUT SERIOUSLY - Do not entertain these calls - Luckily most people on here are sharp enough to know these are scam calls by bottom feeder, debt buyers who lie, cheat and steal. Let everyone know, especially elderly folks that this is truly a scam. And yes the scammers get on these "prevent scam" sites to TRY to validate the calls. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!
Thank you - And have a nice day!- Caller: Chex Debt

- ASomeone calls my cell from this number every weekday, but does not leave a message. I work in a secure environment with sensitive data, no personal communication devices are permitted in the building, so I've never been able to answer the call and no one picks up when I call the number back. After reading some of the posts here about dockets and collections, I tried polling my name in our database and found no outstanding cases against me. I also pulled my credit report from all three bureaus, FICO score was 842 with no missed payments, no disputes, and no collections. I've had the same cell number since 2004, and I don't know any legitimate reason a debt collector or law firm would be attempting to contact me.
