Power Funding -- trying to sell financing for small businesses.... won't stop calling

received an automated call stating "thank you for your call".  We did not call. "Press 1 to hear our services or 2 to talk to our next available agent".  Pressed 2 and heard about financing for small to medium size companies.
When the phone was answered, the agent did not give her name.  I told her that we did not call and to take our company off her calling list.  Was told that she had to talk to my boss first- of course I had to inform her that she did not and to take our # off the list.  She said that she couldn't do that unless I was an owner.

I asked to speak to a manager.  Maddie then got on the phone.  I told her that we didn't call and received this automated call and to take us off their calling iist- no problem.

Let's see if this happens.

Power Funding and of course we're not interested and the owner would never take this type of call anyway.  Fellow was rude and argumentative, refused to put us on their no call list.  When their number comes up I put the phone back in it's cradle.

Got 3 calls from "Power Funding" today, two of which showed "Out of Area", with no phone number on the caller ID. The last guy that called was told that he was calling a private residence, and that we are in our 70s and retired. NO need for whatever it is they have to offer. He said that he probably couldn't talk us out of retirement, and that he was going to take our number off their list. We shall see.

Wanted to loan our business some money

called here just now, trying to give me a business loan.   we are on the residential do not call list.

missed call. no message.

Gentleman called and asked for the owner of our company - told him he was not available.  He then wanted his cell phone number - sorry not giving that information out to just anyone!  Then he wanted his email address - sorry again!  He asked me who I was, then he asked how we do business.  He then wanted to speak to an Office Manager.  I put him on hold and he hung up immediately.  These people are such scammers.  He had stated that he was working on a project that he needed to get over to our owner right away.  "Power Funding" - trying to sell our company financing - is not quite a "project".  Lie's will get you no where and believe me, they do not get you in contact with the owner of our company.

Checked here before answering, glad I did. This number will be automatically routed to our fax machine.
Have I told anyone how entertaining it is to hear a telemarketer try to sell things to a fax? It makes my day :-D

Some guy called asking for the owner, I said he was out and I could take a message.  The guy said he had no message, he would try back, and that he was going to go to lunch and take a pee.  What a freaking weirdo.

Power Funding....again. Told them last month to stop calling us and put our number on the 'no call list'. Obviously that didn't work. Guy was a real [***] and I told him as much.

Received a call at our place of business wanting to speak to the owner about financing.  I told them we were not interested and to put us on their do not call list and hung up.  Will see if they take the hint.  I get so sick of scammers like this wasting my time.

Second call this week, pick up the phone and no one there. Probably using predictive dialing. Don't waste time with this junk number.

Kelly with Power funding called, asked for owner, not available. I'll be happy to give him a message, he will call you when he needs your service until then do not call back. She said that until she speaks to owner she could not remove me from her call list. Owners wife can get us off call list. We'll see.

sooooooo tired of telemarketers calling my NATIONALLY REGISTERED "DO NOT CALL" number.
Every month I fill up the memory on my phone with blocked calls, then the "scammers" get a whole new bank of numbers to call from, or just block their caller ID, and we start all over again!!!!
Most unproductive way to spend my day- and it's even more hilarious when they ask for my husband by name, yet I'm the owner of this company- I get the last laugh!!! Joke's on you telemarketers!!!!!!

unfortunately the do not call list made it worse for me! grr

Asked for my husband. Did not identify himself only said he wanted to go over some "financial options" with him. When I asked what company after he demanded I give him my husbands email. I told him once he identified himself I would let him know what I decided. he then laughed at me and I hung up.

Called here and hung up when I answered. Going on the call block list.

Called to say I qualified for a loan. They called a business that use to have this phone number that has been closed for three years. After telling them this, they wanted to know if I currently own a business and I asked, "If you said my business was qualified because I was in business even thought it was closed three years ago and you have no idea who I am and that I had to be in business for a year, how can you give a loan?"

I then asked 4 times to be removed and from their list and they just kept trying to sell a loan. When I asked why they would not remove my number, they said that it was because I was still talking to them, So, I asked it would help if I hung up and then to do so. Then I hung up and wrote this note
