Got a call from this number saying i had a payday loan that hasnt been taken care of back in 2008. I do not!!! They said it was the Civil Division and if i dont take care of it i will be taken to court.

They said the samething to me ..its a scam ..report them to law enforement and fbi.also get a block on your social security number so no one can get it..these people are low lifes and will be stoped!! The fbi is already on to them ...

They were calling me and now they are calling and harassing my 90 year old grandmother. I called the number back and said I owe tMobile money which  I have never done business with. I mentioned that the fbi was after them and I was recording the call and they said they blocked my number and hung up. Clearly they are guilty or they wouldnt care if I was recording the call.

I just received a call from this number 855-633-3603 stating they will serve me papers on Monday.  They asked for my last social security digits, I refused.   The legal process of serving you does not involve calling.   A sheriff comes to your house and serves you, end of the story.   My Lord what this world has come to.  The lady said her name is Lori Pender.

This place calls me twice a week at work always tells me the are going to serve me papers and the papers never come.....SCAM. Ive asked them to contact my lawyer they get a crappy and say thats my responsibility.

I was not aware of any problems that are unresolved, never rec'd final warning from any one in regards to a civil proceeding. They could not provide any info and search on the internet reports that this is a scam and to report it to the authorities immediately.  

Received a call from this number 1-720-549-6415 on 1/27/14 on my cell phone while i was at work they said that they had a summons to serve me tomorrow, So later the same day they called my daughter phone from the same number and gave her this number and said i needed to call before 6:00pm and left this case number 13z170259, I return the called to 1-855-633-3603 a lady answer the phone and i ask what this was about she put a man on the phone named Robert Jackson he told me that i had got a loan from Ace Cash Express on June 30, 2008 for 225.00 they would settle for 515.32 but if i despite and go to court i would have to pay 925.00 they also told me the last 3 address and told me that i had 3 loans on my credit report. I told him i will be pulling my credit report tomorrow and i will get back to him he gave me this number 1-855-633-3603 ext. 152 to call him back today trust me i calling him back but he may not want to hear the choice of words i have for him.

My relatives and I have been getting phone calls from 8556333603 on a daily basis..wanting money or bringing some kind of documents to our homes..filing charges etc...I have turned them in to BBB but calls have not stopped....next call attorney generals office..

I got a call from this company today saying I was going to be served with papers on 1/31 I asked what the bill was for and she put me on hold.  I hung up and called back and she would not tell me who the bill was for but said I needed to wire 957.22 today or I was going to civil court.  this is a scam beware !!

Called my job ask inking if I would be available the following day because they would be serving me with papers. Gave case #14z15015. When asked what was the name of company, they said"civil procedures division". Her name was Shelly.

My phone rang this morning from Denver Colorodao 720-549-6415 and my husband answered it these people said they had legal papers to deliver for me, he asked what this was in regards to the lady gave him a case number 13Z142797 and gave him a different number to call which was 1-855-633-3603 told him they would further assist him.  He calls give them the case number and they claim I had received a payday loan back in 2008 for $300, but if the case goes to court their gona want litigation, restitution, and court cost which would total up to over $2000. So we needed to make a payment TODAY!.  

My husband was really believing these cats, I knew it was a SCAM...if someone is really wanted to find me Im sure they could with how advanced technology is now.  They had an address on file that we moved from 6 years ago, then while we were on the phone, I just believe they pulled up our last recent address from last year (2013), which we DONT live there anymore either.  

Something I noticed...they never asked for our current address.  The lady would never let my husband speak to her manager.  How many more RED FLAGS do you need?
Dont allow these folk to ruin your day, report them to whomever you have to.  They need to be caught and locked up!

To add to my earlier post.  I called the number back that called us from Denver Colorodo it just rang and rang for 3:57 no voice mail pick up or anything...
the 1-855-633-3603 is "Ace Management".  They are Scammers please dont send any money to them.

This company continues to call me constantly.  They have just called my job and this drew the line. They stated that they were with the Civil Procedure Division and they needed to know if I would be working Monday from 9am-4pm so that they can serve some legal documents.  They refuse to give me the name of the company...only a case number.   What can I do to stop this harrassment?

I received a call from 720 549-6415, they stated that they would be delivering some legal documents on tomorrow and wanted to know if I would be home between 9 -1.  The lady gave me this number 855 633-3603 and told me to call for more details.  I tried calling but the phone was answered with music playing and no one ever came to the phone.  Im so glad that I decided to check the number online.  Thanks for letting me know that it is a scam, I don't owe anyone and was worried about the call.

The same exact thing happened to me yesterday...they called my job asking my boss questions which he cant give no info to anybody so they gave him a number for me to call back 1 (855) 633-3603 and a case #13Z118843 and his name was "Ron Baker" and to call between 9am-6pm...tried calling back today and got a voicemail saying it was the "Civil Procedures Devision" I have no idea what this is about and how they got my info but I'm not even going to call again! I didn't leave a msg either!!!!

They called my parents house with the same mess about papers and left a contact and case number. I don't know who these people are but do like every one else report the "debt" and keep it moving.  Calling people's job is not going to get you any money fast.

Got the same call from 682-305-2544 reguarding serving papers. Was given a case number and toll free number to call back for further information. 855-633-3603 When you call the number provided there is a recording saying GSA managment please hold. Finally spoke with a Laurie who told me that I needed to speak with the person in charge of the Civil case. Gave me a name of David Nelson but refused to transfer me when I would not give her the last 4 digits of my SSN. She said they would be serving paperwork tomorrow and that I should just wait for those documents because they would not transfer me nor tell me anything without verifying who I was. I stated that I was not going to give out any personal information over the phone without knowing exactly who they were. Searches for GSA Managment show really no information on things that would pertain to civil proceedures.

Caller called stated I owed money, which I am not aware of.  An attorney will not call you if they are representing another client they will right you first and give you an opportunity to clear the debt via a collection agency.  If they are going to sue you they will file it at the courthouse and serve you with papers they will not call to tell you that they are going to send someone to your house with papers.  This company could not even get my name right.

This same number has called me everyday this week and when I told them to stop calling or I would call the law on the they hung up.
