Wanted me to contact Attorney Jacob Ramsey today if I failed to he would be at my house tomorrow between 3 and 7 to serve me summons legal document. Also I tried contactacting attorney Ramsey but the number Cory gave me does not go through

SCAM - IF you had a problem, you would be notified IN WRITING.  There is a 99.99% chance the caller is NOT even an attorney - a violation of law.  Do not expect anyone to show up.  That is a threat (also illegal) and a scare tactic.

FYI -  the 855 area code is a favorite of scammers.

Cory Chase called me it came up unavailable on my phone and then told me to call Jacob Ramsey at 855-634-7765 and I did and the number did not go through he told me if I didn't call to talk with attorney he would deliver the legal document summons to my house tommorow.

MJG HE ALSO GAVE ME A CASE # to give to the attorney

MJG he told me on phone message that he would deliver this to my address and he said my address on the phone where would he get this from

Simple solution...... Call your local court house __ Civil division.  They will tell you it is a scam.  You are NEVER warned if you are to be served.   With the internet it is easy to get your number and address.          Phone calls are notification of nothing!!   Anyone can make up a case number.   Call the court house and they will explain that this is a way to extort money from you.  If they call again, DEMAND written documents and do not believe him if he says they were sent.

I received the same message as Jim.  I called my the civil court office in my county and they said that they NEVER call a person before they serve any kind of papers, they will come to your house with no notice.  THIS IS A SCAM!
