    It is a loan company called Loan At Last.  Not sure what type - but I can only assume it's a payday loan.  I had never signed up, or requested any loans, so possibly a wrong number?

    Nope, this is an advance fee loan scam.  They call people up tell them they have been "approved" for a loan and then try to get banking information and money out of them.
